quick idea, whilst driving around i spot down a driveway the front end of a yellow zed, so i say hello to the owner, and have a chat, he then tells me he is breaking the zed, i explain that i know the car as it belonged to Nick, Bannanazed, in a bit of a mess now. (was lovely when nick had it) the guy said is there anything you need, all parts were off the car, so i grabbed a couple of bits. 1. complete set of near perfect condition but faded scuttle panels, has a small chip on one of the hidden screw bits. 2. complete in pristine condition centre console, no holes or scratches, even has one of the screw covers and the centre screw cover all i have done is spray the scuttle panels to freshen them up. how much did these cost me?? Virtual pint and some rep for the winner. stu

at last got round to one of the jobs ive been needing to do for a while, got a pair of wings west style skirts from sonic, who got via car mad i think. But i didnt like the hole near the rear arch, so after a bit of filling and blocking over, with expanding foam and decent filler, then a few coats of primer to get as flat as possible, and a couple of coats of kh3 nissan black, just to get an idea of what it will go like, nearly there but will be a whole lot better when sprayed properly along with the new fibreglass 89 spec spoiler, then to get arch's sorted. but its getting there. been doing loads to change the look it had when i got it, going subtle changes, compared to horrible high level spoiler, and crappy veilside skirts and hideous front end. now more oem style, you get the idea i like the smoothness, but have way more to do. stu

you say you have checked the fuses, have you checked the ones in the drivers footwell?. near where you right foot would be, about 10" up from the floor, check the top row to start, usually 10amp 3rd in, has issues that will effect most of this stuff. if you have, then check for water ingress via the front targa drain tube, (if you have targas) as the silicone pipe may have come undone, and water is now emptying into the rear of the fuse box. If these are a no no, then i would be looking around passengers footwell around the ecu for the same. if these fail, it could be a long drawn out job, as it sounds you have a short somewhere. hope this helps. stu

mate you car looks great, any other pictures from different angles. those wheels just look great on a black zed, they are what im trying to source.

you can get a double din surround via japan but lots of cash, if you can get a spare, and are handy with a dremel, it can be done. if you need a spare there should be a few around. ive got one, but has a 10mm hole for fog light switch if any good to plat with.

Daz one of my favorite zeds on here, just looks so right, great height, presence, and of course colour, have you ever thought of doing a tt swap on the vert, then it would be 100% superb.
