  1. It looks like the slave cylider hose to me! If you ring Mocal engineering they can make one in Stainless steel hose for £25ish quid!
  2. I have a used one one if you want it £40 plus P+P!
  3. Just got this from a friend! The following was sent to me from a Justice of the Peace friend of mine based in Stafford and can be taken as genuine. Subject: SPEED CAMARAS Sadly, this is not a joke! It is quite true !! The new electronic signs on the M6 were switched on this Tuesday. The bad news is that they are rigged with the SPECS speed cameras. This probably applies to all the new signs being installed on the M62, M60 and M56. SPECS is a computer-camera based system. As you go past the sign a digital camera reads your number plate. When you go past the next sign your number plate is read again. The computer 'knows' how far apart the signs are so it can work out your average speed between the two, or three or four. The system is fully automatic and will issue a ticket without any form of human intervention. It does this for every single vehicle that passes. You will not know you have been caught as the cameras don't flash. They work 24/7, 365 days a year, and theoretically, there's absolutely no limit on the number of tickets that the system can issue. The whole section of the M6 between Knutsford and Preston is wired, both ways. The system is set to trigger a ticket at 78MPH. (Don't take this as a guarantee). Radar detectors will be of no use as SPECS is entirely passive, there is no laser beam to detect. Be warned and spread the news!
  4. OK Lower plenum gasket Upper plenum Gasket Throttle body Gasket IAA unit gasket
  5. No they are all from a Zed! I think the top right gasket sits at the rear of the plenum passenger side!
  6. Don't forget that the side vents are now clear! So you could reposition the Oil cooler to one side, thereby letting more air to the Rad! You could position a smaller water radiator to the other side therby getting over the cooling problem!
  7. Here are the guys that stood up to the line!! South east SMW1 with Jay300zx and Steve Burns helping out in the West of London! Midlands Matty North East PaulG North West Kirbz Congrats you have now got the positions and thanks for helping us all out!
  8. FFS Matty! Whats happening? Send Shahid a PM I sold him a load of mine!!
  9. Although I hate to say it the Zed is an absolute bargain! 300BHP for £4K:( What other motors are out there that you can mod up fairly reasonably for little cash! I heard a rumour that you can take the Poopras up to 500 BHP for about a grand, fact or fiction? I wouldn't want to have the fastest frog on four wheels though:D
  10. Hi, I asked for help organising local club meetings and here are the guys who stood up! South east SMW1 with Jay300zx and Steve Burns helping out in the West of London! Midlands Matty North East PaulG North West Kirbz Does anyone have a problem with this, if so pipe up in the next week or they are the Men of the Moment! For the guys who have a volunteered would it be reasonable to ask you to organise a minimum of four local events a year! Also I like to think outside of the box and maybe we should try to organise a family event where you could have a meeting at somewhere like Alton Towers or dinner evening so you could fill up your good ladys with sherry and then drive them home comatose:duffer: We still have vacancies for Local Events organisers in South west Scotland Wales Northern/Ireland
  11. I think it will be Fibreglass, it's a shame with it being so low as it will have a limited lifespan where I live:(
  12. Can we give ourselves a slap on the back then, don't answer that:D :D
  13. Last time I left it, I suggested you contacted Mike Groves and AndyP, hows this going?
  14. Seems like every time I press new posts the number seems to be going up, or is it me?
  15. Must admit that is the sexiest front bumper I have ever seen on a Zed! It's a shame it is in FG, the road humps would rip it off in two minutes in London! Is the original in Poly?
  16. Just want to say thanks to John Fuggles and his good lady, we organised a meeting to hear some of the ideas that the GTROC put into action in their club! Just had a few coffees and a good chat about how they run their club, they have recently gone through the process we have but a year earlier! It is nice to have people give you positive feedback about the direction we are heading in, some pointers and also about interclub liason with the GTROC!
  17. It all boils down to what you enjoy doing? I would enjoy putting my ideas together to make a 600bhp car and getting it to run right, but I don't think I would enjoy driving it!
  18. TopLess replied to a post in a topic in General Discussions - Non 300ZX

  19. Bloody el it's the toolmeister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Thanks guys for the offers of help so far!! The following areas have candidates! South east SMW1 with Steve Burns helping out in the West of London! Midlands Matty North East PaulG The following areas are still vacant South West North West Scotland Wales Ireland If we have more than one candiate per area it will be put to the vote!
  21. Cheers Steve, It would make sense to join forces, the more the merrier in my book, as long as you don't invite any Z31 owners!:D I was thinking of breaking down the country into several different regions! Each having their own Rep! South East South West Midlands North East North West Wales Scotland Northern/Ireland Your opinions please!!
