Both are RH and LH as supplied by Nissan. The top one (RH) is handed by a pin. Which i am aware can be pushed out and swapped over (correct?) The bottom one (LH), I thought was wrong and I got re-supply. But they sent the same one again???? Shall I just order another RH and change the pin? Or whats going on?

Yep, The two sides should be balanced in some way (X or H pipe), its to do with the offset negative pressure pulses from each bank, but it also improves the sound.
