Wheel colour (again)
anthracite centres and a polished rim is my favourite on a red car! but of those wheels without the lip, silver is good i reckon.

eBay conzult cables
The official full Conzult cable has an extra decoder box on the cable, hence why expensive.
-
eBay conzult cables
Consult is the official Nissan handheld thingy from the 90's, with Conzult being the PC version. I think the free version of Conzult works with the eBay cables btw.

eBay conzult cables
My understanding is no. Only conzult cable will work. Datascan will work with the eBay cables.

RHD US Leather Retrim fit in LHD JDM zed?
I think it is Andy's Z, based on other pictures I have of it. Was such a nice example... So the consensus is that the US covers fit? So it's an option... (Ok yes, LHD/RHD messed up!)

Best Front Camber Arms?
Thanks for the recommendations guys. Those Z1 ones look good. The rose joint ones should survive with rose joint tension rods only? How will the SPL Pro solid Tension Rods hold up if I get the poly upper arms?

Best Front Camber Arms?
So I like the look of the SPL Pro range of adjustable suspension arms However.... ...they don't do front camber arms. There are other manufacturer options, but what are good quality front camber arms, that will last?

anyone ordered from conceptZ recently?
CZP have always gone out of their way to help, in my experience, whereas Z1 just seem that bit indifferent to your custom.

Did you fit Energy Suspension Rear Subframe Bushings?
When you did it; Did you have to damage and replace the sleeves? If so are they a standard Nissan part you can get by themselves? Thanks! Want to make sure i have what I need in advance!

RHD US Leather Retrim fit in LHD JDM zed?
I was looking for new leather seat covers. I remember a while back I got some colour samples from leatherseats.com and some people mentioned they were good quality. I want to confirm that they will fit on my Zed seats?? Did anyone else order from the US? Are there any differences in the seats? Always liked the look of this:

NA vs TT One Piece Propshaft
Looking to fit NA Rear Diff in my SWB TT. If my understanding is right, the NA prop will fit. If I want to fit a one-piece prop, do I need TT or NA one??? Or is that why Z1 offer the 'custom' one? http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=1831

So I could call them this morning. - They dont sell the fronts any more, only the rears. - They dont ship to outside Japan. - Rears only price is 24,150 yen + domestic shipping (1,000-2,000 yen) I may be able to help bring them as excess luggage on next trip to Japan (in May). - Package size 20cm x 120cm x 40cm

car cover swb
Sorry to resurrect this thread a little. redwine300, did you get the satin one? can you post some pics of it if you get a chance, how well does it fit? My zed is parked in an underground garage, so its a dry indoor place, but over the winter it got really dusty. Looking for something like this:

That first image says: GLOBAL (made by?) Over Fender Kit (For 1 car). I can speak Japanese now, and am surrounded by Japanese people at work, so if you let me know what you want to ask, I can help you. Also I go to Japan regularly these days. If 0480242417 is their number, remember to drop the 0. So dial +81 480242417

Return Z to the UK - Specialist Garage Recommendations.
Thanks for the recommendations guys, i'll look into it. Time away was good, and technically i'm still away! not planning on moving back to the UK anytime soon... but I want to get the Zed back 'legal' in the UK, its been abroad too long! And I have regular trips to Japan these days, so picking up parts became easier ;-)

Return Z to the UK - Specialist Garage Recommendations.
So after leaving circa 2007, for Belgium and Japan, and spending most of this time without my Z. I have decided, the snow is finally melting, the road-salt is gone, and I want to bring the Z back on the road this summer. The Z has been standing, but occasionally used in this time, and after firing her up recently there is nothing wrong, a local Z specialist changed what was necessary for Belgian MOT (pads/ and a water hose mainly) but there is nothing really wrong. On the RR she is just down a bit on power, suspecting safety boost, but there is a mix of old fuel in there.... I have given up the legislation fight of fitting Belgian plates, so I will stick with UK plates. I will be looking to trailer her back to the UK in the next few weeks and I'm looking for recommendations for a trusted Z specialist that can thoroughly check over, find out the power issue, and re MOT. A lot has changed in the last 6 years, so im looking for current specialist recommendations. Anyone have any? I had a long list of upgrades planned in 2007, and I will be also want to talk to them about those shortly too...
