  1. Having just completed some both clear chambers modification for a member on here, these are his lights and are currently in transit  I then moved onto these 3 pieces for another member, sure he will be driving up very soon for fitting  Looks like they have scuffs on the pic but I can assure you, all pieces in this post are in wonderful condition :thumbup1:

Hi guys, Just looking through the history and the belt on my car was last changed as part of the major 60k service 5 years ago at Zedworld. Car had covered 58k then, sitting on 75k now. The handbook says the interval is 60k and nothing about or 7 years etc like you usually see. So when should the belt be changed? As I only do about 2-3k miles a year another 40k is a long way off lol. Cheers.

Recently bled my clutch and adjusted the travel in the pedal, everything seemed great for a while, but when I backed her out yesterday the clutch point had moved from the mid point of travel to virtually the top. Is my clutch on the way out? or have I incorrectly set something.

I have the named above turbo timer, from comments ive read its very JDM and very rare, not sure how true that last bit is, but it cant get any more JDM as not only is Blitz Japanese, but it also speaks to you when you turn the ignition on and turn the ignition off in a Japanese woman's voice. Anyway, on to my issue, now i can turn the voice off and on, thats not the problem, i just cant understand spoken Japanese to actually know what shes saying, she could be saying "your cars going to blow up, have a nice day" for all i know. so. Anyone here who can understand spoken Japanese willing to translate for me? Q69UiquKllw

  9. I just happened to be filming the Japspeed guys doing their thing and heard the awesome sound of the Dragon Performance RX7 en route so kept my phone filming.....ouch! I popped over afterwards to take a look at the damage and to be honest, it doesn't appear to be too bad I suspect that the thread bare (down to the wire) 225's on the rear had a part to play in it losing grip and causing it to spin out mid drift

  10. I need to rule out the cheap eBay maf I have and my current OEM maf. Both show the same voltage 0.5 so I'm not sure either are right. Thanks. I'm happy to throw in a beer or two!

  12. Not me it seems as I gave up trying.....:surrender: .......I made good time down to Castle Combe; arriving in the vicinity about 8.50 this morning. Then I spent nearly 2 hours just sitting in traffic as the whole area was completely gridlocked - from the end of the dual carriageway on the A350, past the little service area with the Esso garage and beyond. I made it about half way between that services roundabout to the next one; and by 10.40 I had made no more progress. There were a few Japanese cars in the queue - not many though - I was behind a blue Scooby with a great reg (W666WRX) and in front of a nice white 370z. So me, the 370z and a white Mk4 Supra behi…

Over the last couple of days I have had the dreaded intermittent drivers side window problem, which today became permanent! So, looked like the dreaded soldered joints had finally given up the ghost. Looked up Jeff's "How to" fix and hey presto, now works a treat. Happy days!! Nice one Jeff!! Again!

I was in at a customer today who competes in the bdc, now he is in the process of finishing of his 1jz engined RX8 and today he ordered a Holset turbo from us which believe it or not is off a truck!! Seems to reckon it's good for 600hp!?! While speaking to him he says these work at approx 2.5 bar on the trucks they are intended for, he is going to run 1.5 bar. Now this has got me thinking, since i can buy these from my work at cost is there any holset truck turbo's which would be suited to the zed as the one my customer bought today cost approx £450 +vat Brand new! Bit of a long shot but if someone knew that would be awesome. Will try get some details of the turbo to…

done a few jobs this week, put in a set of kyb adjustable shocks with eiback lowering springs,it made a masive difference to the way car handles and still nice ride on bumpy road.i measured ride height with old suspension then again with new "lower"suspension, turns out car was lower with old shocks and springs, must a bein well fooked! also fixed up exhaust,it was blowing where it connects to turbo elbows,so got a de cat pipe and nissan oem exhaust steel o ring gaskets to cure the problem, sounds great-that bubbling sound gone so v happy!
