Right, As I'm keeping the car, thought I should get something to introduce a little more traction. I seen some 19s which will fit, and fill the arches really well. Tyre Sizes would need to be 285/30/19 Rears and 245/25/19 Fronts - respectively. Now I do not race the car, and drive it sensibly, only using the power for over taking - literally. The only reason Im thinking 19s, is as I can't find any 18's to fit the 285 wide rears. Any Ideas or recommendations? I like the Rota Grid Drift Alloys, sometimes referred to as the GTRs. Also like deep dish polished rims. I want something new, but don't want to pay too much as tyres will cost…

Got my steering wheel yesterday so thought Id do a few jobs. Got the electric windows working, radio fitted into the right place, fitted the red stitched gaitors (apart from the armrest as need some glue) and the centre consoles ready for the gauge holders and gauges to go in.. Trying to build up the bottle to cut a hole in my dash. Pics below; I was looking at slowly building a red and black interior and same in the engine as I learn more.. Now ive started Im not so sure.. What do you think...? Also the space below the radio.. What have other people done here. Ive seen Marks gauges which i like but 3 gauges is enough for me..

Hi there, someone here with AZEV M Classico? want those rims for my zed, couldn´t find anything pricy with 10x18 on the rear... They are 8,5 and 10 with offset of 40 I´d take spacers, if needed, but for getting it "street legal", they should fit without. Pics would be great, also if someone knows 18s with 10 in the rear.... Thanks a lot!

Looks like this winter I will be having both sills replaced if I decide to keep the car, where have you guys been having your sills from? Or is it cheaper to get a bodyshop to fabricate them? Many thanks Dan

Guys, I started to remove the engine from my Z yesterday and have removed all the ancillaries and got to the point where I've unbolted the engine mounts (each side of engine). Prop is still in gearbox at the moment (how does this come out - does it just pull out?) Is there a mount at the back of engine? If so, where? I can't seem to see it. Anything else? I'm trying to remove it with gearbox attached - do I need to drop subframe? Cheers

it feels slow its currently an auto i tested it today and it took a full 4 seconds to go from a rolling 30mph in d to 60mph considering the car is supposed to do a 0-60 in 5 and half it doesnt seem very good. its super fast once it gets going but it just seems to take a life time to get going. ive mentioned before it also feels like clutch slip obviously that isnt whats happening cos thers no clutch. but you can boot it and the revs hit the roof and you go no faster. grrrrrrrrrrr.

  23. Started by redwine300,

Having had the sub-frame out, along with replacing inner and outer HICAS track rods and ball joints. I thought it best to check the alignment of the rear wheels. So I have bought one of these. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390427020071?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Is there anything I need to know so as to get good results? or do I just drive over the thing and adjust accordingly? Really do not want to set the rear end up wrong so any advise would be very much appreciated.

sounds simple enough, but as its the ECU loom im going to be faffing with, would rather know how to go about doing it, getting annoyed with feeling something isn't quite right with the timing, car seems lumpy ish so may as well do this correctly so i can then set the timing correctly as well to rule that out.
