I've had it mind to do my 99 spec copies with full led's for sometime now, finally got all the strip lights I needed to complete the job and yes I am very pleased, might even open up my genuine 99's and led them up . In this vid you will notice at 1:50 in, I have incorporated a fog light and about half way through I have them on in darkness :thumbup1:. A little later tonight these will be on a well know auction site and seeing as I am pleased with how these have turned out I have ordered more of the lights required to convert more, at the moment then this is the only pair in the whole universe . A lot of time as gone into these and they are no…

Ok, got a set of tein coilovers from a r32 gtr. Now Iv fitted the rears but have yet to do the fronts, I know there is a difference between the gtr's and the zed top mounts. Is it a case of swapping them over or modifying the gtr top mounts?

It's been SORN'd for a couple of years, really, really don't want to keep it outside, it may be time to sell ....

Of having my car off the road the longest? 6 years today!!!! lol Sometimes I just can't believe I haven't broken and scrapped the car after the absolute nightmare I've had with people working on my car - But I'm glad I haven't cos I still look at it and think what a beautiful car and think once it's back on the road, it'll all be worth it........................... I owe a ton of grattitude to the guys at Custom Exotics for what they've done and allowing my car to be in their workshop while I've worked on it. I 100% know my car wouldn't be still around if it wasn't for them them!!!!

can someone clear up for me, is the NA sump different from the TT one? i know it has the 2 oil return holes in it and i think one for the cooler, but are they essentially the same dimensions etc? im buying Sherrgar NA, with the intention of ordering a new sump for it but, i cant get one...Nissan no longer keep them..... so one of the mechanics suggested modifying the TT sump from one of my spare engines, welding the holes up etc. but i want to know if it will fit.

I've done some painting with satin black rattle cans. It's been dry for a while but seems a bit delicate, it gets marked a bit to easily. Would you expect this and is a laquer coat normal/required? Cheers

Started my car up today to move it for the winter. Car runs fine but is very tappety. Since the engine came out of my old jdm and hasn't been run for any length of time since jan 2009, I kind of expected it to be like this. I feel pretty confident that once she's got a couple of hundred miles done the noise will reduce a lot. However if it doesn't. How hard is it to change the lifters? Can it be done in the car or would I need to pull the engine. What's involved? I'm assuming plenum off, rocker covers off etc. I've never done any internal engine work but I'm fairly handy with the spanners. Engine runs lovely (fair bit of white exhaust smelling smoke, whic…
