Having had my rear sub-frame out a couple of times so as to make various repairs, which in turn resulted in the camber arms being removed and re fitted. Is there an easy way of checking that I have returned the camber set up correctly? The reason I ask is, I am noticing a slight uneven tyre wear from outside to inside. Tracking has been set using track-rite plate method so as to toe out very slightly and the camber, well I just set that to the mid position on the eccentric bolts. Any thoughts/tips?

I've got a problem with the front tyres catching against the wheel arch liners, this was happening a bit with my 225/19/40s but now I have 235s on the front it is worse Problem occurs when cornering - the sharper the corner or fster the speed the more likely it is to catch I also noticed a few others at the show last weekend had the same problem So I need to sort it out. I asked Jeff at Zedworld to look at this when my car was there last time It seems to me the wheels sit a bit too far forward in the arches and he said to fit some adjustable tension rods so I could alter the wheel position Any recommendation what I need to buy and from where?…

I was thinking what next now. im thinking of a fuel pressure regulator and some injectors but there seem to be lot of choices to look at, dont want to go all out cas i have stock internals. But i do have a straght through decate exhaust, very large fmic, large aftermarket oil cooler, and the biggest k & n air filter, E.B.C . and new built tubs. I just thought if and when i have all the bits on the list to do. and if i do i dont want to compromise any reliability or running issues. oh where to start? any good read ups or links, much appriciated thanks.

Got to noz today, had a slight over fueling issue that was causing people behind me to have stripped paint on the bonnet, and when ever i put my foot down, i litarally left them in a cloud of black dust. So, considering last time i had my car on a dyno it had slipping clutch and bold tyres plus running rich, it pulled 424.6bhp (engine), its time to do a bit of a guessing game as to what power im now running, now its had a tune. (for those on facebook with me as a friend, please dont ruin it lol) This was just a tune, with out touching the boost controller (well unless noz turned it down slightly lol) Mods are. - Mapped chip from Noz - Nismo 555…

After the success of the Trentham classic car show there seems to be some interest in the event at Shugborough Hall, Staffordshire This is another large show, 1000+ vehicles, organised by the same promoters as Trentham Gardens Shugborough Hall is a large National Trust Stately Home set in rural Stafforshire. It is particularly nice for families as the hall has a 'working' olden days farm and kitchens where the staff are dressed up in period costume showing how life was lived back in the day Info on Shugborough is here : http://www.shugborough.org.uk/Homepage.aspx Info on the car show is here : http://www.transtarpromotions.com/ShugboroughHall2013.html…

It's taken me a year to get the car sorted, welding/resprayed and some upgrades I've picked up along the way (pics in my other thread updated soon) Last finishing underseal on ramp before mot, what's that smell ???? That would be the petrol tank leaking !! Got this replaced :) Anyway, went for mot on Monday ( before tank arrived so smothered in sholtz :) ) failed on binding from brakes and chip in windscreen. So not so bad as car been parked up for a yr, binding brakes no big surprise and easily sorted.... Brakes now sorted :) Now chip on windscreen was advisory last yr on mot, but this time a fail coz it's in driver vision and also too big wit…

Ok, I've been looking at my new toy over the last few days and I'm thinking she could benefit from a boot spoiler. I don't want anything too garish or lairy... something nice and subtle would be ideal :) Are there any "ducktail" options available for these? I just fancy something small to break up the enormous expanse of flat that is the end of the bootlid. I'm not struck on the 99 spec spoiler or the pedestal-type that were fitted from (I think) 94 on. And definitely no hi-level jobs either! Bless me with your knowledge and wisdom please, people! :)

Hmmm, since removal and installation a few weeks ago, my rear bumper appears to have gotten some cellulite! It's definitely related to the position of the mounting studs and bolts but I can't button it up without the side and the rear 'ledge' that sticks out becoming slightly wavy. They are only nipped up a tiny fraction past finger tight and I'm pretty sure it wasn't like it before removal, have I missed a trick? I'm thinking maybe I need to do them up in a certain order...

Noz has set up my car and at a boost of 1.1 Bar (15ish psi) but he was unable to get the PE1420s to boost anymore than this....his thoughts are wastegate issues ...the tubs are good for a lot more than 15 psi ....he has fitted one of his own boost controllers ...any ideas ..no apparent boost leaks etc ??

Hi everyone :) was looking at my climate control control today and realized that i could not change what vent i wanted to use, i have the model with two fan buttons and not the one with one button for fan speed and one for vent selection. My question is this, can i swap one for the other without having to change all the air box and vents...ext or is it not worth the hassle Thanks :D

When I bought the car the upgrades I had were Alunox exhaust, profec boost controller and an induction kit. With these few little performance add-ons my car was dyno'd and roughly it was at 340bhp and here is that print out given to me as part of the service record. After the Trentham Garden meet on the Sunday I traveled to my good friends workshop in Shrewsbury Lee Dent. Lee did my engine upgrades last summer, engine out keeping stock internals and we/he fit bigger SMIC's, T28 Turbos, Stage 3 clutch with lightened flywheel, 600cc injectors, 56mm core rad, stainless manifolds, heat range 8 plugs and some other bits not really performance related. Gett…
