Afternoon all,can anyone recommend a good car cover for a car kept outside,mine is starting to split.I really do not want to buy anything Chinese if i can help it although they do seem a lot cheaper than other options.As usual any help appreciated.

Hi All Does anyone have a Part No. for either the filter/sump gasket kit or alternatively the two individual parts ? My gearbox has started playing up and my first thought is to service it and replace the oil. If it's shot then I'll be going down the conversion route I think. Many thanks

Hi all.... I am trying to find out if anyone knows the resistor and potentiometer modification details for a JDM speedo to Uk spec? I read you need to change them, but can’t find anything online about resister and potentiometer values to use?? The only link I found is broken... can anyone help please? thanks Russ

Afternoon all, got a question about pcv valves just bought 2 brand new oem valves decided to check them before fitting to make sure they opened end closed properly by applying mouth pressure to either end. One of them closes fully but the other does not seem to seal fully is this normal or is a faulty part ?

So for the past week the car hasn't been giving out any heat, Its been off the road since beginning of October due to failing its MOT. I finally got a pass and started driving it again to find it wont blow hot air. This may have been a longer problem as I wouldn't have noticed it during the summer, it was definatly warm last winter. Hi guys Ive got the plenum off my car at the moment to replace the injectors, I’m going for the Nismo 740cc. Now my harness is in a really poor state and really could do with replacing. Obviously I’m going to go with the “95 harness but I don’t know if it’s a job that’s beyond me. It looks reasonable accessible now, has anyone got any experience with changing these at home. I know Jimmer can do it with the engine in but can us mortals manage it? Have we got a guide anywhere? Ive already got a late CAS unit to go in and I can buy the S2 PTU when I do pull the trigger. Two years ago I paid him £6k to build me a wide bodied 300zx with off road desert spec, I wanted to take it to the deserts of Spain to blast it. Anyway, Dasstech is no more and I cannot find him. I wont go into the details, but essentially, I'd like to find him again to see if he will do the right thing and build me the car I paid for. Just received my order from CPZ two new fog light lenses and top and bottom oem radiator hoses. After 27 years I think new hoses would be a good thing and the fog light will be brighter.

Ok, Some of you have been enormously helpful with resolving the misfire of my car. Thank you! and shout out to Jim @PowerZed who supplied an ECU next day. Next problem is after having the car dry stored for a few years then had the MOT done. Took it to a different place where it failed. the car had done almost no miles since the previous. Hello my fellow 300zx owners! I just recently bought 1996 NA edition and there are some things to figure out. I have no mechanical background whatsoever so please be gentle :D So I have done all the basic maintenance and some repairs including replacing knock sensor, spark plugs, engine belt, new braking system etc. Now the main problem is this rattling sound and losing power at around 2000-2500 rpm. Can one of the moderators please help me. I’m trying to find my old journal I created on here over 10 years ago. its got some important info on my Zed build. Infact most of the info on my build. For example which brake discs I used for my custom brake setup. I’m not sure whether I used the r32 or r33 discs. I’ve got Porsche Calipers which I had fabricated to fit. I need new discs and need the info so I know which type of disc to buy.

Starting to lose my rag now- trying to install my copy of Conzult on Win10 upgrade. Worked fine on Win7 on another PC. Now despairing as apparently installs, but when I try to open, comes up with Exception EReadError in module conzult.exe at 0001A4C7. Error reading comportset.ComProperty: Registry error (win error code:2). I know we have some serious techies on here- which I am not- and hope you can advise! What have I done wrong?
