Well it doesn't really but I do. I am making a site for people who are thinking about owning a Z. On this site are the answers to the simple things that people ask when buying a Z. One of the things I need your help for is what the Z sounds like. Obviously it depends on the exhaust and other mods, but mostly the exhuast. I have a Mongoose exhaust and I am gonna record the sound of my car. But it would be good if I could get some of you getting sounds from your exhaust, so people can hear the range of sounds. Could people record some sounds and send it to me and tell me the make of the exhaust, I even want stock. You could sent any vids of your car that have sound on…

Ok seems a little confusion has arisen (various posts) about soldering leads on to bulbs etc. Not wanting to tread on toes etc but I buy them wholesale and can do a good deal on them (are on my site under elec upgrades) I will be at the Birmingham meet if any one wants to buy them already to go, will be at other meets too. Right, got my HKS intercoolers today. Opened the box, everything fine. However, what do i need the 3 vacuum hoses for? All the instructions are in Japanese and there are diagrams showing the carbon canister and removing the hard pipes and the recirc-valves!? Any idea? Cheers ------------------ Simon

Hi guys an idea has been presented to me by Danny, and after some thought want to put it to the vote. The basis for an official register for us all would ideally have chassis numbers colour and details like mileage when registered and mods etc, but as a security precaution would not show a full registration No. The idea been to build a data base of all the zeds registered in the Uk. Having spoken to DVLA it is possible to secure certain information from them concerning registered cars etc. The benefits of this would be to track possible stolen cars and or help and assist new purchasers. Right i have managed to make a set of intercoolers for the 300zx tt that are very similar in spec to the HKS OR STILLEN units. In order for me to give you guys a decent price i have to sell a total of 10 units. They will be priced at £390.00 + shipping.I will get the price on the shipping exactly tomorrow. I need to guage how many people are interested in this. This is ready to go so the moment i have enough people i will get the ball rolling. ------------------ I'm 300ZDING across the Universe, only going forward cause i cant find revearse :D

My Hicas light has just come on and the most common cause is low power steering fluid, but what do I top up with, on the twinturbo forum they say if you use normal power steering fluid the steering goes stiff. Somebody else has suggested auto transmission fluid. Help please

...on a sweeping left exit from the A14 every night my oil guage falls to almost zero. It does it with out fail, but only on this long sweeping decelerating bend. Once round the roundabout at the bottom, the guage is back up to 'normal'. I seem to recall reading that the TT cars were fitted with extra vanes in the sump to stop the oil from moving from side to side as long cornering exerted big forces. Does any one know if the NA cars were ever fitted with vanes or were they left as 'standard'? If they were, it would explain this strange behaviour. thanks Jack
