vibrations again

i had a one piece fitted to my car and this cured most of my vibration probs. but now i still get a slight vibe about 60 the car dosen't feel smooth the other problem is in 4th gear if i press down slightly the stick seems to me just touching the prop i had a short shift fitted could this be the reason or is it more likely to be the rear gearbox mount (i.e still slight vibration) if it is the rear gearbox mount is this an easy job i'm totally feed up with taking the exhaust off please not again any help and advice on this matter would be much appreciated and stop me hanging myself
