Hi all, I desparately need to make a backup of certain documents from my PC (as it has had several viruses on it over the past few weeks). I can easily make backups of everything I need EXCEPT my MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express mail files. Does anyone know where on the HDD these are saved to? I have a PC with a standard Win98 install, i.e., no fancy installation tricks or custom install jobs. Looked everywhere, left no directory unscanned, but can't find my mail! Any help & suggestions are much appreciated. Danny

Hi all, This morning I had a very interesting conversation with someone who works for the company that manufactures the ordinary speed cameras in the UK. She mentioned that one way of telling that a box has an operational camera in it is to observe two ventilation holes opened at the back of the box. They will be open for ventilation purposes and closed when there isn't a cam inside. On my way home from my training I passed four cameras and only one of them had the vent holes opened - presumably containing an operational camera (couldn't check coz I was stuck in traffic). That would make sense as per general consensus only 25% of all speed cameras are actually operat…

Does anyone know of any garages (or even a Nelson with a good reputation) in Hampshire?? I'm in Pompey, so the nearer to there the better (we've got Hilsea Nissan, anyone used them?) Being having major coolant probs last couple of weeks whereby it keeps boiling up during motorway travel and then comes pissing out of the overflow everywhere shortly after leaving motorway, as the latent heat builds up. Tried a few bits mytself, but no joy. Need the car for work, no time to dick around anymore with it myself, so need somewhere to take it ASAP for more investigation. Just found a Z31 site, thats mostly yankie, and even though mine is an old one, man did i feel good, thier cars which they were all bosting about, i placed my spec on there now they are all bashing me as mine had every factry fitted extra ie digi dash, digi climate control etc etc I hate the yanks.. at least a few creds woulndt of gone a miss. ------------------

Hi all, I have a leak on both sides, just above and to the door side of the front seats. Which seals do I need to replace?? - it's dripping from where the trim at the edge of the windscreen neets the roof lining - kind of alongside the sun visors. Any (relevant) advice appreciated :-) RobH

Just received a notice of liquidation letter from them with forms to fill in if i want to try and claim my money back from them (well complicated)I thought they were being cagey with me. They took my order for SO2's,swipe the money from my account,then go bust.Wankers.

Last week i posted problems with me motor and the ecu would not go into diag mode, put in an ecu from jap import to find problem solved, but as i have uk manual needed to find out if it was just ecu or newly fitted chip gone tits up, so after seeing how the SE chip rocks with some of you guys i decided against my better judgment to ring em. I explain ecu is already chipped and i just need the chip it self so i can fit and check things out, "will call back in 5 mins" they say, "will ask Pete" let me know soon then so i can catch tonites post, over 2 hours later i call back, different bloke this time goes off and asks Pete,NO, gotta send ecu to them, okay i say can do by sp…

I just passed the wonderful boys in blue (or dayglo yellow in this case) with their funny little hand held camera monitoring the speed of drivers on my local B road at midnight.(that's midnight!!! B Road!!!!) It's really comforting to know they are out there 24 hours a day making the world a better place. I am now sending lurv to all speed cops of the world and invite you all to do the same.
