General Discussions - 300ZX Related

Hi, can anybody tell me what a reasonable price would be for a 91 auto with low milleage, I'm going to look at one tomorrow and would like a guide.

I have taken a pair of aftermarket wing mirrors of my 90 import. They are 'aero' style fibre glass replacements that were on when I bought it. I think they look good but the quality is naff and there is no adjustment, electric or otherwise on them. Will consider cash or swaps, don't know what they are worth so make an offer. ( would post a picture of them beut don't know how )

I was just talking to a guy with a 300 and he has a bad creaking noise coming from what seems like his front callipers. It only happens when you you press hard on the brake pedal. Any ideas? Cheers Vijay

Does anybody here know which way round the two compression rings go on the pistons. There are numbers punched into both rings 1n and 2n which is top and which is second. I did make a note of their locations on my board during stripdown, but somebodys wiped it and the new parts don't show which way either. The nissan manual is not too specific about it either. My Z is getting the stillen front bumper fitted and i was looking for a different headlight panel for it as well. Has anyone seen any different/new design ones that are not just twin scoops? Looking for a bit of inspiration and individuality!!!

My first site was a mess and not easy to navigate. So I bodged a navigation bar and cut / pasted it onto every page top and bottom just to be nice. Looked naff and kludged, tho'. After a hint in a mag somewhere, glued together a frameset (and went through every page deleteing and tweaking and getting even more bored) and navigation is now a lot easier. Looks better too. OK, I believe that the Grizzly Adams might pip it! But however the Lion is an awesome power and might take the first few rounds! What do you think guys? Lions are quite lazy but at the end of the day they have the WBC and WBA as being the King of the Jungle. I have a 95' 300ZX TT 2+0 and have a problem with it! The car gives out --alot-- of smoke when it's warming up especially out of the left exhaust. The smoke is white and has no gasoline smell! The smoke continues coming out the exhaust until the car has warmed up or I start driving it! has it ever happened to you guys, if yes how did you solve it, will it cause alot of problems? ThanX
