I bought this printer last year and never used it. It's a kodac dot matrix printer. I dont even know if it works but if anyone wants it, it will either cost you a beer at Billing or you pay for the postage/petrol to collect.

what can i do? needed to get hold of some quickly so used one of the numbers from the back of the autotrader - £75 each I thought sounded much better than trying to buy new and much better than travelling 100 miles to look at a citroen zx, which very nearly happened due to dizzy cow desperate to not give me any info...anyway - brakes turn up through post, one is rusty as hell, other not much better - the shop just snapped the brake pipes instead of unscrewing them and I'm 200 quid down - they're going back for a refund needless to say but has anyone got any ideas - or 2nd hand calipers ??

Been trying to convince myself that a K&N or Apexi induction kit is worthwhile. Does anyone have real dyno results for a stock TT before and after? is it 4bhp or 20? I gave my K&N filtercharger panel filters a mild hoovering out and they look nice and clean. The car goes great and I've Apexi rear pipes so it breathes out fine. Incidently I had a nose into the engine of my my neighbour's new Scooby STI, as you do. Opened up the airfilter housing to find a paper element about the size of only one of the stock Z ones. Yet the Scooby STI does 265bhp. Methinks the Z has double the breathing area as is for 280 so unless the engine was chipped or otherwise inve…

so last night had a chase with a audi tt, took my beastie upto 152, but due to poor brakes and knowing the limiter was going to ruin the party, i eased off. However, i know that once me boost controller, and chip are in place then its gonna be capable of a lot more. So question is what are the limits guys? top end? how fast ya been?

On my new TT the 'lights' dash warning comes on whenever I hit the brakes and also when I put the lights on. The weird thing is that all the lights are fine! Can anyone suggest what the problem may be? Thanks, Andy

Hi all, I've just got my new TT (manual SWB NA still for sale) and I've a couple of questions. The TT seems to be limited to around 125-130 mph. The speedos been converted to mph. I get a strange single chime when ever I stop the car as well (the headlight chime). Can anyone let me know what's going on? Thanks, Andy

Im am going to upgrade from Windows2000. I have found it to be a pain latley. The computer just stops for about 10 seconds every now and then, games crash in about 30 mins of playing them. I wasnt happy because I was playing Golden Bear Challenge 6 and just got an Eagle before it went I am getting the blue screen of death and some times when first starting up Rundll32 loads about 10 times and keeps loading and loading :S Anyway. Im getting a new HDD soon and thinking of installing XP. But whats the difference between Home and Pro? Any one know? Any performance difference? Stuart

Hi All, Since upping the boost and changing the chip, I've noticed a bit of a whistle from the turbos (presumably) when I boot it. Is this normal or have I got a leak somewhere? It's only quiet but it's definately there where it wasn't before. I got a small puff of smoke this morning too when I floored it, the car has about 70K on it - is this the first sign of turbo/seal failure? Cheers, RobH
