The power steering on my Z is intermittent, in the at you never know when it's going to be working or not. I took the car to Zedworld earlier this week, and Jeff gave all the connections a thorough cleaning and this seemed to do the trick... for a few days, but has now gone hard again. I need to get this sorted ASAP, as it is aggravating an old shoulder injury which is make the whole driving experience pretty uncomfortable. Has anyone else had a similar problem, and what should be my next course of action????????????///

Can anyone recommend a person/garage that they would trust to replace the inlet valves? I got one burnt out valve dropping the no.1 cylinder pressure to around 50psi. I want to get all the inlet valves/seals etc changed and possibly the piston rings too as the other cylinders are only around 120psi. I'm in Bristol so anywhere South West would be good but don't mind travelling a bit for someone who is good (and cheap!!).

What do people think about turbo timers, how well do they work and are any of them compatible with alarms. I have a Toad Ai606 and the immobiliser cuts in about 30 secs after the engine is turned off. I assume this will cause problems if using a turbo timer but thought I'd see if any of you have found ways around it.

hmmm, not sure this is the right afternoon to ask a real question but here goes... I've been looking at the service ztoys.net offer for leather steering wheels where you order a new core with your choice of leather then send your old core in when it arrives. Does anyone in the UK offer a similar service or anyone sent theirs over to the ztoys? Are you happy with results? Was there extra postage costs etc? sorry to interupt the madness! :D David
