Tried my fog lights today (n/a Import) the front passenger side fog light came on, but no difference at the rear, how is it supposed to work ? is it on a separate fuse ? separate bulb ? or special bulb ? Thanks John

I've just been told that to replace the speed sensor on a TT the garage have had to drop part of the autobox. It's a free job to me so I'm not worried but it does sound unlikely to me? Can one of you more intellignet types confirm.

hi all i got bad vibration when under braking on me z non turbo n/a . its quite severe when dropping from high speed and the brake pedal has a thumping sensation . so might be somthin loose there maybe. yet it passed the brake test on mot no probs so any of you guys could shed some light on it would be most appeciated cheers cully z :)

Is there any quick and easy way to tell if the ECU has been modded? Im thinking of getting this done as it would then take car to a stage 3. Thing is I think it may be done already. Im running 9 or 11psi (I think its 11psi) and its quick as hell, but would like to know if its been chipped or chipping owuld give me even more. Ta

Hi guys I need help. I have an intermittent fault shorting my interior lamps. It causes the luggage and cabin lamp to come on. I have tried disconnecting both doors and the tail lock wire feeds, which has had no effect. I've now traced the relay beside the rear seat, and disconnected that but I still have the same problem. I've tried to find the fuse box (to the right of the driver's footwell) without success, and it's now p*ssing me right off. I have a remote alarm with my locks rendered useless with a key. If the lights are stuck on I'm unable to set the alarm and lock the car. I have to jump back in and cruise around until it goes off, and gingerly return to pa…

Last night going up to the Mascrat Manor meet, my car started to overheat (went up to about 115 degrees) then temp went back down again. Also I had no heat from the erm... heater, despite having it set at 30 degrees. At the meet I checked the rad... it needed some coolant, not loads, so I topped it up with water. On the way home it overheated bigtime. Temp guage was showing >140 degrees:eek: Just managed to get the car home in one piece. Undid the rad bleed screw, and much steam emerged:rolleyes: This morning, filled it and bled it - drove to work, again no heat from the vents and again started to overheat. Filled and bled it again and now its fine…

hi zed heads, my rear diff is leaking fluid, ive bought the seal (o/s) from nissan (£8) how easy is it to do, ive looked on the online manual and in past threds but nothing really tells me that its on a spline and you can just pull the driveshaft out and then tap the new seal back in? has anyone done one before or know what it envolves? many thanks Jim.:)

I've finally made up my mind on the wheels to get oz super leggaras, what is the best combination of wheels to get with stock wheels, should i get 9inch on rear and 8.5 on front, what is the best tyre width choice as well for front and rear. I've got a large aftermarket tacho with shift light to fit to my Z to hed me no hit the limited when concentrating on the road ahead! Where's the best place to wire it to, and what wires?

Anyone got some boost hoses going cheap... I'd like to sort out my little (attack of the bread knife) situation on my current ones. Hi all, As you know we have front fog lights... How on earth do they work??? I'm pretty sure the previous owner changed the front lights from old blank side lights and front combination to side light/indicators and front fogs... They just don't come on!! I need to get these babies operational as they'd be great driving lights (seeing as the normal dip beam is pants!!!). Any Help is always appreciated. Cheers Ben

I have one of these I took of my supe. Does anyone know which wire I use from the ECU for the speed sensor? and where to find it :) I didnt use the turbo timer for the reason of running the engine coz I thought some little dickhead would see the car running and try and nick it. I only used ot for the 0-60 0-100 speed runs etc. I may wire it up properly for the zed though

I got HKS stainless on mine but have been offered some 5 SEIGER? Back boxes. These look too have a bigger bore so probably will be louder - which is a good thing :D Has anyone heard of these before and if so how much would be a good price to pay for the 2 back boxes? Cheers

Hi all - now the supe was nice and easy - pop the bonnet and you can see the air filter cone induction kit. Where the hell is it on my zed? it seems to be in front of the rad? do I have to take the panel off between the lights? IF I need to get on do I order 1 or 2 kits - Ive seen the blitz induction kit on Z Centre for 140. Would I need 2 of these? Cheers
