I've got more than one stock TT diff, is there a way to test if they are any good? Or what the relative health of the diff is? Don't want to waste time and effort cleaning up a duff.

Can anyone help me find the radio code for my second hand OEM radio cassette please? Please let me know if i need to post any additional info. I am hoping that there maybe a web sight that may be of help. Thanks in advance.

Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question and has probably been answered previously, I did a search but couldn't find an answer. From the centre section to back boxes, are both TT & NA exhausts the same and therefore interchangeable? Thanks as ever. Regards Ronnie

Hi purchased a diag lead and i got these readings not sure what to make of them car does have problem starting from cold and hot can stall till warm, but runs fine nice and smooth power seems fine. I sent the seller a message asking him/her what make they are. They haven't replied back probably because i asked about the wheels and not the car. need to buy a ebc, will not be mucking around with it once set up, but will just turn it on and off i guess.somthing thats does what ever it needs to do so that its easy to use , dont know how much these run to, have got one on the car at the moment but the head unit went missing some time ago .so need anothe set up.

There is something up with my zed. It got really hot last time I drove it, the oil temperature was up at 95 rather than it's usual 80 and I only have stock water temp gauge so the water was between very hot and very cold. It got hot under very light driving but seemed to plateau at 95, I couldn't get it down and shut it off. The oil is the same as always, just changed along with the oil filter. Other things I have disturbed recently shouldnt have an impact on the temp. I thought the viscous fan may be shot, but after a read up and a look this morning, it seemed fine. Hi guys. Just another plea for help really. I changed the rear near side wheel bearing because of the awful noise coming from that side, the noise stopped when i went around a left hand turn so by diagnosis ended at the wheel bearing. Ive replaced the diff oil too just in case. Anyway, i finished the wheel bearing and took it for a quick run to enjoy the noise free drive, not the case... the noise is still there and if anything has gotten worse while its been stood having the bearing work done. Any ideas of what it could be. I simply do not understand as the wheel bearing was bad and looked well worn when i swapped it, i thought for sure it was that. …

The engine and gearbox are all really good with around 70k on the clock, pulls like a rocket, doesn't smoke at all, but I am interested in bigger power... So Medallion Man has his built silver Zed for sale, and it has a forged block with all the ancillaries, pipes, clutch etc. Ready for 500bhp or so which is perfect, but the chassis and tubs have gone... Hey guys, I know alot of people do it but as i have had both turbos replaced already I'm quite cautious and like to make sure everything's cool. I just wanted to know if decatting a TT has any negative effects for the turbos? I.e wear them out quicker or not good for them etc. Thanks Sav

I don't expect everyone to know about my car but i've owned it 5 years, it had brembos, alunox exhaust, chipped and i was at 340BHP. Then about 2 years in i started uprating and putting it all on the shelf, turbos, radiator, clutch, injectors, smic, etc. Another year passed and i took it to Noel, i had 580BHP and 504BHP at the wheels, so of course happy but not with all the smoking it did !! 1 year on, so the summer of 2014, i powder coated this and that and generally making under the hood more pleasing on the eye. peoples that are running with 275 on the rears, what brand have you got, because im torn again with the fact that there are some brands out there that say they are cat b and c and run this noise then i look at another with the same spec but only 70 plus pounds diff in price per corner.

Does anyone use one? Obviously the car has to be spotlessly clean and dry before installation but are they more trouble than they're worth? Potentially causing more scratches being a snug fit, would it be safer and more cost effective to just use a large piece of soft material and naturally drape it over the car? Or am I missing the point? I understand the issues associated with outdoor covers, wind and chaffing but I'm referring to indoor covers only. Regards, Joel.

Hi all just wondering what else I will need to get parts wise for my upgraded turbos as want it all doing at the same time So far I have 1/turbos 2/godspeed smic 3/550cc injectors 4/braided turbo oil lines new gaskets ect 5/ point lower rear brace 6/2 point lower front brace to tighten things up Decat exhaust already fitted as is boost controller I know standard z feul pumps are fine for 500bhp so don't think I need one of those but will I need an fpr or any other bits people can recommened
