There seems to be an increase in Facebook users creating fake profiles to scam people out of there hard earned money , it's not just happening on Facebook but also eBay. Since listing my car on eBay I've had many scam emails giving the whole bull about I work offshore bla bla bla so I can't come and view the car but can pay you via paypal and pick the car up from a location yada yada. It's now moving onto z32 selling groups over Facebook and to be honest a few people have been ripped off so they are being clever enough to pull it off. Just a heads up if you see something that appears too good to be true it's most probably a fake. Take care when buying and selling guys an…

Hi Guys, pulled up at my house last night and steam was pouring out from under the bonnet, after a bit of cooling down I found one of the water pipes at the rear of the engine had popped a hole causing the loss of water. so, I go to my spare car, remove the good one and replace it in about 3 hours. Must say, having a spare car is a must!!. I then proceeded to fill her up! only to find im pouring water in the header tank and getting wet feet at the same time... so my question is how much of a inconvenience is having no water in the header tank. Rich

Thought the title might get some attention but this is not relating to women at all. I always think the washer jets are pretty poor and they always seem to change the director of how they fire (easy fix of course). Anyway, got me wondering if anyone had changed them for something else. If you did, what ya got?

Had a pheasant fly into the rear quarter glass, leave a bunch of feathers caught in the tailgate, and bump the aerial on its way past. So now it's slightly bent, and won't retract all the way down, as well as wobbles about loosely. Could have been worse, the other pheasant that was with it just skimmed across the front of the windscreen by a couple of inches. I think there was a spare in the box of bits I have. How difficult a job is it to replace?

Now then Chaps! Looking to completely re-bush the rear end of my Zed shortly. This will include the sub-frame, diff carrier, all rear arms as well as new bottom arm ball joints and possibly the HICAS bushes depending on their condition. The ES bush sets look the best value for money, my only concern is for the ride quality. I don't mind it firming up a bit, but I don't wish to completely trash the ride. I'm running OEM springs and shocks and will never uprate the spring or damper rate so that should help. Can anyone running a fully ES polybush rear end comment on the general quality of ride and handling please. Also is there any difference in firmness between th…

I decided to bite the bullet, stop worrying, and sort my engine out. This thread should be a good one, pictures, progress and panic I should imagine. Before the month is out, the car will drive out of my friends garage purring. Problem one, rough running. Solution PLENUM OFF! I did this in 10 short hours  yesterday. I am going to check all 6 cylinders have good injectors and good spark. Plus air leaks. And sort another bloody oil leak at the back. So, the oil leak appears to be pcv related, dripping onto the turbo. More on that later. The injectors and wiring are dreadful! So with that and things like temperature sensors I…

Just had injectors put in 555cc ones, now I've been told to keep off boost until they are mapped in. Anyway the car does have a stage 1 jwt ecu. I would only used Turbonoz to map the car but it maybe a bit of a struggle to get down. Anyone map in the north east Newcastle area?

Ok had this problem for a little while now it just appeared one day. and this video on YouTube is exactly the same as mine and the noise goes after the car has reached normal operating temperature. Even with an oil change and a good filter it seems to make no difference. The noise is always there and always the same length of time. In this YouTube link it says possible oil pump of feed blockage. Seeing as my oil pressure gauge is very erratic maybe this is the problem YouTube link Photos of oil pressure gauge I have replaced the sender with a new one as well morning Normal operating temperature So is…
