These are on my dash! Anyone know WTF they do? I think the one on the R is oil temp! Guess! The two on the L are marked L & R & always go to 11 when excellerating then drop to 2! & flash! At night coming home the flashing is very annoying! Are they linked to the exhaust temp? It's more irritating cos they have always done this. Jap import 91 TT Auto

Hi guys I'm getting really bad torque steer in 1/2nd gear alot worse in 2nd (pulls hard to the right) 3rd 4th 5th pulls dead straight any ideas?

whats sort of compression psi would you get with a rebuilt engine done 350 miles just curious as to how much psi there should be before the rings are fully run in I did a compression test and getting around 120 to 130 psi spec is 150 to 175 ish if I put oil on bores its nearly 200 psi lol rich

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to swap the series 2 steering wheel factory fitted with an airbag , for another more modern wheel still with an airbag form another vehicle , if so what steering wheels complete with airbag are a direct fit , Any ideas cheers Sayers

I received a panel and it was damaged on the corner so i fixed it up the best i could and decided to colour it up, something i had been thinking of doing for a while now, because i could basically !!! I've got more than one stock TT diff, is there a way to test if they are any good? Or what the relative health of the diff is? Don't want to waste time and effort cleaning up a duff.

need to buy a ebc, will not be mucking around with it once set up, but will just turn it on and off i guess.somthing thats does what ever it needs to do so that its easy to use , dont know how much these run to, have got one on the car at the moment but the head unit went missing some time ago .so need anothe set up.

There is something up with my zed. It got really hot last time I drove it, the oil temperature was up at 95 rather than it's usual 80 and I only have stock water temp gauge so the water was between very hot and very cold. It got hot under very light driving but seemed to plateau at 95, I couldn't get it down and shut it off. The oil is the same as always, just changed along with the oil filter. Other things I have disturbed recently shouldnt have an impact on the temp. I thought the viscous fan may be shot, but after a read up and a look this morning, it seemed fine. Hi guys. Just another plea for help really. I changed the rear near side wheel bearing because of the awful noise coming from that side, the noise stopped when i went around a left hand turn so by diagnosis ended at the wheel bearing. Ive replaced the diff oil too just in case. Anyway, i finished the wheel bearing and took it for a quick run to enjoy the noise free drive, not the case... the noise is still there and if anything has gotten worse while its been stood having the bearing work done. The engine and gearbox are all really good with around 70k on the clock, pulls like a rocket, doesn't smoke at all, but I am interested in bigger power... So Medallion Man has his built silver Zed for sale, and it has a forged block with all the ancillaries, pipes, clutch etc. Ready for 500bhp or so which is perfect, but the chassis and tubs have gone...
