Here's a picture I took yesterday when I'd only converted and cleaned one of the lights. I've done both now and the difference is huge. The dipped beam now seems brighter (and certainly whiter) than the main beam and is more than adequate to see where you're going in the dark, which makes a nice change! And no-one flashed their lights at me, so they can't be too dazzling either. :D Well worth £160 and a fair amount of skin off my hands, I'd say. :)

I was thinking in the winter of ditching the rear seats and using the panels out of a swb in place of the seat to free up some space for more subs + id like to get the targas in there to. Does anyone no if the parts from a 2seater would fit? and if anyone has these parts forsale? Thanks Paul

And no it isn't the rear seat passengers! :D It's sounds very low pitch and it used to get louder going round right hand corners but since I have had poly subframe bushes fitted it now seems to vibrate the whole car slightly and is louder AND goes quieter when going round corners!? Any ideas boys? Wheel bearing? Diff? Shox? Ivan

At about 19.30 coming up the Broughton link road towards Hawadon. Blue Z standard looking with different alloys. Then at about 19.45 (yep that C70 T5 of mine flies) near Cross foxes, silver Z standard with ding in drivers door. I was in my Pear corral T5 C70, but the Z will be back soon :hyper:

There seems to be a lot of conflicting information on MPH conversions / Delimeters for J-Spec cars. I have a J-Spec, limited to 110 KPH. Also have the dials purchased from Vijay (180 MPH with an extra marker for 190). Now what is the best way for the conversion and delimitation, and keeping the correct speedo readings?. Get it chipped or just buy the delimeter from the ZCentre?. Help, I am confussed!. Thanks

I just dug this out of my records. The guy at thor said it was a little lean but was not detting. Does anyone know if these values are ok for the zed engine, am I running close to the limmit? Bearing in mind this was taken on a cold January day, would a hot summer day make it more lean? I understand what AFR means but have no idea what the numbers mean. Thanks.

Hi guys, Could anybody help with this strange problem? Parked the car up on Sunday, she was running fine no problems. Went to it tonight to go for a drive, took two or three attempts to start it, when she did start she was running really rough, as if one or more cylinders down and heavy smoke out one exhaust. Smoke colour was light greyish. Recently fitted new NGK platinum plugs and carried out a full coil pack, injector, PTU, TPS connection and terminal clean. So pretty sure all the connections are all ok. Recently also removed PCV valves cleaned them and refitted them. Any ideas of anything else to check out? Cheers, Alan.…

OK .. someone explain to me what they are all about. I have one fitted to my car. It was there when I bought it. Am I right to say that it fools the ECU into providing more fuel to the injectors? If it does, what good is it when you have standard injectors? I haven't checked what injectors I have at the moment but I would like to know the benefits using standard injectors. Surely they max out at a standard rate anyway. I am rather confused on the use of the AFC and would like to know more... Also, if you do have an AFC I presume it is a good idea to have a gauge to indicate if you are running too rich or lean. Can someone give me the lowdown on AFC's …

I'm reasonably Ok with mechanical stuff, as long as I can read about it first, and I can follow something along the way, so I intend to do my 60k service myself (cam belt). So can anyone recomend what would be advantageous to cover within the cam belt area. A few I can think of myself; Cam Belt Water Pump All other belts Also can anyone recomend someone who can supply ALL of these items, preferably in the UK? Any further help and advice would be appreciated, thank you
