Does anyone know the status of the Viper front bumper from Zcentre ?. I know Jaz had one fitted : http://www.inter-space.co.uk/viper1.jpg and since then a revised version has been deveoped http://www.inter-space.co.uk/viper2.jpg But I don't see it on their website, or have heard anything since. There was also talk of revised headlights to incorporate the indicators ? Has anyone else fitted the Viper bumper, either the early version or the 2nd version ? Pics ? Price details ? Thanks

Hi! To anyone who has fitted a leather seat kit from Luke at the ZCentre ...... how the feck did you manage to fit the bit that goes over the cover on the centre storage box/arm rest??? Did you rip off the thick foam? How did you attach it? I've fitted all the seat and headrest bits and it all looks fantastic!! Everyone who's seen it reckons it looks like a factory fit, so I'll take that as a huge compliment to my upholstery skills! :p Cheers for any help! :)

Hi all, I really hope you help me out. I've already had my first expense - 4 new tyres. I now have things starting to go wrong already I think, and was wondering if you could shed some light on what the problem(s) might be. I'll do my best to answer any questions you have to find out what the problem(s) are. 1. There is an awful whining noise coming from the gearbox I think in 1st and second. Any gear after that is fine, no noise. It's getting progressively worse. 2. The engine is starting to sound like those old Ford engines, the ones that go "tap-tap-tap-tap". Has anyone thought about supercharging a non turbo. Any case studies or examples out there? There are a couple of internet sites and people selling information on ebay to build your own. Just wandered if anyone had thought about a conversion or tried and tested....or will i be the first/last :smw:

My car has had goosehonk since I fitted the induction kit and upped the boost ages ago, a slight noise when passing about +2psi I think. However, yesterday on the trip home from picking it up, I could hear a v quiet goosehonk most of the time when touching the throttle in neg boost :confused: I had a bump at the front drivers side resulting in new bumper, bonnet, wing, headlight and crossmember... its gotta be related somehow to the bump but does anyone have any ideas? Intercooler pipes were fine. I have a pair of stock used recircs in the shed but I wasnt that bothered about the occassional noise. Cheers in advance Pete

Anyway, I ended up pulling one of the birthday girsl and she is gorgeous and am hopefully going out for a drink with her this week. I saw a post a while ago someone put up about their replacement rad cap they bought from Nissan which was defective. I had bought one and put it on the car while John was working on it, I noticed it didn't seem to engage correctly like the old one! In fact it wasn't sitting correctly on the radiator and was at an angle! Warning this could lead to a loss of coolant/engine overheating and potentially a new engine required! I compared the old and the new one and on the new the retaining lugs were too small, this meant one side did not engage properly on the rad and popped loose. I have ordered a nismo one and touch wood it will fit better!

Hi, Did a test with John Dixon today and my Fuel pressure is 0.1 bar over what is should be at idle and 5 bar peak! Is there any other reason my fuel pressure is up apart from a fubar'd FPR?

I just looked up F1 tyre prices, and the size I have now -255/17s came out at a reasonable £110 a go. Out of interest I checked 265s- £170 !!!! OK, I suppose not so many people have them but that is a pretty big difference. I thought quite a few people on here had 265s. That is bloody expensive for tyres.

my car changes really funny when slowing down and no throtle it jumps from first to second and back to first ,really sharpish and makes the car lunge (if that makes sense) ive had probs with the tps before well the wiring anyway would this make the gear box act like this the box has done about £500 miles since rebuild steve

I recently purchased 2 HKS SSQV Bov's from Chris@Getgreddy :dance: which already had the flanges on ..but.. not the blanking caps and vacumm reducing pipe as the vacuum connection on the Bov's are smaller than on the recircs. Chris has kindly offered to see if HKS USA can supply these, but on the off chance does anyone know where I can purchase them? I contacted HiteQ in Wigan and they claimed these parts could not be bought anywhere, which I find hard to believe. Also was wondering what size vacuum pipe is used for the original recircs? Any suggestions welcomed.. & Many Thanks again Chris for your ongoing help ;)

I have done my exhaust, induction and chip and I am thinking about what my next mod should be. If I went for better brakes, what should I do - completely new discs, skyline brakes, TT brakes? What would be the best for not outrageous money? and what would I have to pay out. I think better brakes would give me more confidence in the car. Should I do anything to the suspension?
