Hi Guys, If you were in the North of England and you wanted a quality restoration/re-commission on your car. Where would you go? TIA.

Is there much difference worth worrying about? Hids4u.co.uk have the H1 6500K in stock for the ZX but not the 5500K, the 6500K will supposedly have a blue tinge whereas the 5500K will be a purer white?

I have a very irritating vibration / rattle sound somewhere around the engine, does anyone had this sound before or knows what it can be?....it drives me nuts!

When I drive my 1994 300ZX convertible and take a right turn the warning BRAKE light goes on when I go left it goes off again. Looks like a bad connection somewhere. Has someone an idea where to look which can cause this?

As I’ve never owned a manual Z and trying to get things together for the conversion. What clutch and flywheel would you guys recommend. I’m thinking lightened flywheel maybe but not a clue on make. I’m looking at getting the Z to 400-450bhp in the end

So I have the two plus two base model it has a 15 inch tire. The turbo version has a 16 in. Most of us have seen this poster and I have one on my garage wall for several years so today I seen pictures on the crew who took the iconic picture and film. Enjoy.

Especially noticeable in first and second gear I am getting a clear turbo boost sound which is audible through the centre vent?? Has anyone else experienced this and what was thd cause? Also what may be a coincidence or connected is that I have a Greddy boost controller installed below the stereo... so potentially I could have a vacuum hose behind the stereo area that is leaking as boost pressure builds?

After some thought I have decided to go more for the OEM look and want to replace my current tailgate which has a lip spoiler moulded in, so looking for a clean SWB tailgate. Can trade my current tailgate if wanted? (see profile picture), Thanks Lee

Thought it was the speakers in the Z but finally traced it to the overhead console with the 2 interior light buttons Is this a type of fan / ventilation system that is making the noise?

Just been checking out more about the "all-new z" Can anyone explain why this "all-new z" is a Z34 when the 370Z was a Z34 as well? This does not sound all new especially if the engine is the 2015 VR30DDTT or have I missed something?

Need a few minor bits and pieces including dash pods and some boot trim? Also looking for a set of headlights to "chrome" whilst I leave the current set on the car...

I’ve just decided to go for a spin and after 30 mins noticed the oil pressure drop. Pulled over and engine bay red hot plus I can smell oil burning. Am worried! Have dropped it off at a local garage. Any advice?

Hi guys, Had my 1993 300ZX TT Automatic on the rolling road today and the Dyno operator could not get a good figure out of the session as the auto box would change up before peak power was reached. How is the Zed auto successfully dyno'd, any info would be much appreciated. Thanks - Andy

A few years ago I installed some Driftworks pillowball tension rods thinking it would improve handling etc, the result was not what I expected, ie a very firm ride over road bumps which ruined the driving experience. I now want to go back to OEM but perhaps with polybushed tension rods? What are people's experience with upgraded bushing vs OE?

Hi, I'm looking to get the cam belt, water pump, belts etc., changed plus major service done on my car for the first time. Does the Club have a list of recommended garages/specialists Ican contact to get prices or estimates ? If not, can anyone recommend somewhere please.

So the search has come up with a k plate na it was originally silver but it has been taken back to bare metal , and the lower sill have been welded, and has been respirated cobalt metallic green, it’s done 68k it had a cam belt and water pump at 60k, the car is in Manchester, at a place called Salford body repairs, the guy is asking £6500, does this seam resinoble or should I chance my arm and have a haggle

So I needed a new cowl trim so I bit the bullet and bought silicone oil cooler pipes as well, would the constant tension spring clips (same as on the fuel lines) be ok on these or would I be better off using screw type clips like the originals?

How’s it going guys? Just bought a 300zx and I’m trying to install a front bumper but looks like some of the brackets are missing, or not. It looks like possibly I’m missing the front bumper retainer brackets? Where are these located and how to install or what not? I’m looking at a hardware set for it. What do I need and where are all these brackets suppose to be? Thanks in advance !
