when i used to come on years ago i remember other people having this fault and them changing a valve to solve the problem but for the life of me cant remember which can any one remember please? Thanks Si

now i know u fellow members on here might here this all the time but what disk and pad brake conversion is the best for my zed twinturbo.the power has been up'd :) and i can now tell it time to updrade my brakes :shock: ,tho i dont wont to do the calipers. there are so many drilled and grooved sets out there but wot do u guys say? cheers

just a quick question for those who have got one. the aftermarket shifters, do they have a slight bend in the rod that comes from the tube that holds the bushings in? on a standard zed gearstick there is a slight bend to the rod but in all the pics i have seen of the short shifters they dont seem to have this bend. is that so? thanks si

Hi Guys I have my second zx now and love em but my had gasket just went, had to get it towed all the way from stoke on trent to tunbridge wells - at least I did not have to pay for the petrol on her! lol Seeing as I have to spend a wedge do you have any advice if I should get anything checked out, where I should get it done, how much I should pay etc??? I have just fitted new rear lights and there are no reflectors and wondered if anyone knows the legal requirements as to where they have got to be? ie: how high and how near to the outer edge of the car should they be. Thanks

Hi. Just got the zed back after getting new TT engine and autobox in. Driving home te other night from work I decided to stick my foot down a little, car went like stink, good but when I got back home to check the levels I noticed that the engine oil dip stick had come out of the dip stick pipe by about half an inch and the same thing happened to the autobox stick, could this be because they are over filled. Also I now have a huge water leak and over the course of the week as it was parked in the garage I notice nearly all of the water had drained out. Checked to see where the water was leaking and it seems to be coming from the back of the engine in the midd…

Right im getting it in the neck because someone has a Zed like mine and driving it like a chav (I personaly don't care how you drive it) in the Llangefni area. Blue 300zx heading towards Birmingham around Midday. LED rear lights set in black panel, possible 94 spec rear spoiler. was in wifes xantia on my way to Leamington Spa.

I've been offered a GTR R34 brake setup for decent money and the seller has revealed the following... Is this conversion an issue or will they be a direct bolt on? Have already checked caliper clearance and this is fine with my wheels! Any input appreciated as always :D CheerZ Steve :)

I can't help but notice that most of the z32's I see are 1990 models. With that in mind is there a year where the car was at its peak? Or are they prety much all the same performance wise? Al

hi just taken the z for a burst up the road after fitting a delimiter and notice a difference in the power steering, its definately stiffer. i have read somewhere on this site that this might happen but can't remember what the opinions or thoughts on this matter were. any info please? cheers.

I am thinking of going for a 350z disk conversion to the front. What is involved in it. I could source calipers and get brand new brembo disks. Would it just be something similiar to Smithys skyline caliper brackets?? Sorry I aint no expert. :rolleyes: Dave G

Today was a bad day. Feeling bored when I got in from work this evening, I decided to check the boost pressure on my Z32. As to my dissapointment, I'm only getting 5 PSI at full throttle. After a brief conversation with Mike Feeney (who was very helpful) I inspected turbo pipes and intercoolers for splits and damage. Noticed the N/S intercooler was damaged at the top and could be leaking :( Removed front bumper and intercooler. To my suprise and horror, a washer and several chunks of metal fell out of the inlet side to the cooler. :cry: I think they're remains of a turbo spindel but not completely sure yet, haven't had chance to pull it to pieces more. Anyone…

As above, stock silver zed, none turbo with silver sticker covering most of rear lights.
