giving me greif, i had a cat 1 alarm fitted a while back when i got the car, and ever since the controller dont work. it uses to say somthing in japeneese before, (when u put key in). the guy who fitted my alarm says it need re-setting?? as the power was taken off, no idea if he is talking bull, but he said he needs manual with it to sort it out. I dont have the manual :( so i was wondering if anyone knows of one online, or knows how to reset it? it constantly shows the number 9 in the display at the moment. It is call a "blitz voice guide turbo timer" heres a pic Please help :cry:

What Car PC software are you chaps with Carputers using? I am dabbling with Frodoplayer but its a bit clunky.

Valves... Ok ok, i know its been covered just a few times before and i tried doing a search and cant find an answer to my question.. What advantage do i have with installing them over the stock re-circs? Do you gain BHP, torque? I preumes they sound different...but thats all i can find out! Ta Ed

Hey guys I'm new to the whole zx thing, only had mine 2 weeks but i'm kinda screwed now cos I've started leaking hydrolic fluid & my hicas light has come on. I live in london (near croydon), & am trying to find out where's a good place to get it serviced, (don't just wanna get it fixed i want a proper check over). I went to my nearest nissan dealer they said "we don't work on 300's unless you've had them serviced here before, they're too much hassle" lol. Is it best to go to another nissan dealer or are there any speacialist places I'm better off checking out

in the process of a boot install and fancy putting 2 8" subs in the corners (hope they fit) anyone know of a good quality 8" sub amp package going or should i stop being lazy and shop!!!! cheerz in advance tho!!!!

basicly if you ordered 2 baileys dump valves from ebay what normally go for around £30-£50 and get 2. 1. remove recurc valve and blank the top pipe off 2. slide dump valve in lower pipe and clamp up 3. connect vaccum hose off resurc valve into baileys bov im sure it cant be that easy but if it is its worth a try aint it. anyone who knows what there on about seriously disagree

Morning All ;) . Im thinking about having wastegates fitted with new downpipes etc but im stuck on one thing. i am confused as to where the pipe at the top of the wastegate connects too? everything else im fine with, just need abit of help with this damn pipe :confused: Thanks men Rob

this may have been discussed before(apologies) but does anyone run wheels off of a gtr33 skyline V spec?, my cousin is going to sell me his set, they are "works" wheels and have the weight stamped on each wheel? (they look very similar to chunkz wheels) running 255-40-17 so i take it i will need to change the front tyres? they are very deep dished and look the dogs , i think they should fit ok as they are coming off another sports nissan, will be going on to my uk tt on standard suspension. thanks in advance simon

those strips that fade that go alone side or targa roof and windscreen? well i have started to peel the outer off because it is chrome underneath and it looks good. only problem is it all wont come off any sujestions

I'm looking to buy a Z and although I've scoured the net I haven't found a definitive answer to this question: Does this car exist? 300zx Twin Turbo 2+2 Manual Targa Roof I've been after a jap sports car for a while now. I was originally looking at the celica gt4 (st205), then the 200sx/silvia (s14). I was looking at mr2 t-bars also cus I love that targa top, but I'd never get one as they are only 2 seaters. Thats when I remembered the zx and all other cars are now out the window. The description above is that of my ideal car. So... If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. Al

just ordered a ground wire kit for my zed. How easy are these to fit and will i notice a difference once its all on?

Ok, so im really new to cars and stuff, just learning. My dad is currently teaching me all of this stuff. I have been thinking of investing some money into a 300zx , but i have noticed a TON of different names. Z32 , Z06, NA Those three the most... but they are all in reference to the 300zx ... can someone explain what these mean?

If the car is in motion and the timing belt snaps, will this cause any internal damage? This happened to me the other night, there was no bang or undue noise coming from the engine, the car just turned its self off just leaving the ignition lights on. Thanks Rob

Hi all can anyone give me any advice i have a nissan 300zx z32 non turbo manual, had it super chipped 2 weeks ago since then some times it will start and some times it wont if it wont start if u put it in gear and turn the starter it will start up coughing and spluttering smells of petrol, then when you set off and touch the throttle the engine cuts down, as your driving along if you lift off then put the throttle back down again it coughs and some times back fires has anyone got any ideas on what the problem could be any help would be much appriciated :bow:

I know that blue zeds are not very common, but.... I just picked a replacement blue tailgate and my Blue zed is a very dark blue - compared to the blue I see on other zeds... How can I tell if my very dark blue is a factory colour or if its a respray. If it is a respray its a very good job because under all the car pets/in the engine bay/in the boot are all the same colour. cheers

Hi all, I received a notice of intended prosecution the other day. Apparently I was doing 37mph in a 30mph zone :x: . "The allegation can be supported in court by technical and photographic evidence” I don’t think I was smiling :confused:, and they are asking for the name and address of the driver on the date and time specified or any other information which may lead to the identification of the driver.??? As far as I can remember I was in the Passenger seat the driver of the car at that time and place was next to me and he was test-driving the car as he was going to buy it of me, and i do not recall been flashed. :o Any help or advice appreciated.
