Just completed my last commission and as I haven't got any more painting or photo jobs on for a bit I thought I'd do something I've been meaning to do for a while now. Tonight I finished sketching out a rendition of the Millen/O'Connell/Morton Z32. It's going to be an oil on canvas piece, 700mm x 500mm and so far I'm having fun doing it! :)

just a quick question... does the 350z ray alloys fit on a zx? if so, anyone got a picture of it done on the site? adam

Me again. all this having a 'net connection again is great! anyway, i have a prelude (thats for sale after getting my 2nd Z) which has a VFD (vaccuum [cant spell it] flourescent display) dash. its one of the things i love about it and i was wandering if anyone does a similar thing for the Z? basically it looks black (you cant see the clocks or needles, etc) untill you switch it on then it lights up like :rofl: that sort of colour. i'd love one for the Z's if they're about? cheers. si.

My black TT goes in to the body shop next week and i can't decide what colour mesh to use black or silver :confused: It's having a shogun bumper fitted and also viper front wings. :)

just been out to top up my power steering fluid and noticed a couple of spots of oil just under the the front. Traced them up and looked though the gap in the front spoiler and saw a mess of black oily substance underneath the offside dump valve. I immediatley checked the oil level to see if i had been running dry (and hence my high temperature issues, see thread "New z owner") but it was on full and seemed nice and clear and new, unlike the stuff coating the bottom of my car. Iv checked all other fluid level and seem fine apart from cant see how to check transmission fluid level (manual box). Could it be a crack in the gearbox or something like that? Just watched a nice looking Silver SWB NA targa sell on Ebay for £1750.00!! :hyper: Nice F40 type allys, Apexi Zorst and high rise spoiler. Taxed and got MOT till Mar07. I was thinking that in the spring when my new project car emerges I might sell my current red Slicktop. Hmm! :nono: At that sort of money maybe I will just park it up and keep it for spares. :o

Just dropped my car in to have some bodywork done on it and am considering having my Greddy sideslirts blended in. I know it looks far nicer and stops a lot of rubbish getting between the skirts and bodywork but I am guessing it's a total mare if say a front wing needed removing for some reason? Any opinions? Hey guys Being 18 years old i realise i'm going 2 struggle with insurance on one of these cars but what i'm wondering is... would i be able to get a 1990 car on classic car insurance? Cheers for ur help

just for getting my car in and out the garage untill i can get sorted with the repairs and new wheels. they need to be at least 17" so they clear the big brakes I know its a long shot cos most people have standard ones lying around. hopefully in the north east if poss cheers Paul

Which hand brake do you have in your car, please post pictures as im in need of one but want to know what they look like in a zed.

Right have taken it out and played around with it. From cold in 2 gear having just come round a corner up onto a slight hill and put the foot down not excessively as its still cold. Was just about to change up into 3 but before i could do it the car bogged. I snatched 3rd and it went nicely again. T Later car nice and warm at it accerated nicely in each gear whether I treated it gently or pushed it. No more signs of bogging out.

Im bored got my 2 weeks off, car in body shop, and imstuck in doors so trying to compaire the viper and the Twinz side by side, i like 'em both but think Twinz is slightly better, bit more suttle and more stylish, as i dont think its ever going to get here im wondering what can be done to the viper to make it similer or slightly more suttle? hmm the opening needs to be smaller on the viper i think, side vents will need some work to straightning up of the top outside edges? What you all think can be done?

I have just bought my Zed a have noticed that the red HICAS light sometimes stays on when I first start the car up then goes out after about 5-10mins of driving. It also feels like the steering lightens up a bit when the light has gone out. I have just bought the car but it has only just started doing it and in that time i havent hit any kerbs or anything to cause the HICAS to error. I have done a search and there is so much about HICAS on here so can someone with experience give me a quick answer of how to fix it. I dont have any of the diagnostic equipment so cant check for error codes. It seems like it may just need resetting. Is there a fuse i can pull to wipe…
