Which are the best and where from?

I have been using Nissan L250 concentrate, green fluid, but do the different colours matter as long as they are monoethylene glycol (I think that is the right chemical). The other day someone mentioned a pink coolant! Surely the colours are just down to a dye. Any recommendations please and quantities / ratios with water. Thanks

Has anyone ever experienced any problems with alloy wheels on track / race days?

I've noticed recently the exhaust has been a little more smelly than usual, nothing too strong and no smoke but do i need to adjust anything of have some sort of service? Car has now done 90k miles and i've had it for the last 20k always chaning the oil every 2k miles and new plugs at 70k miles...... Always clean the TB's and squirt carb cleaner in that "other" pipe by the battery once a month.....anything else i should do?

A lorry has just reversed into the front of my car :nono: . The damage isn't too bad to look at - the bumper seems to just need a respray, both headlights have marks but neither are cracked and the worse bit is the panel between the headlights which is dented and badly scratched. I think it could be repaired by myself for £100ish but I will be claiming off the lorry drivers company insurance (no chance of a cash in hand deal). My question is, will the insurance company just write off the car? It's a lovely daily driven N/A LWB import G-plate but only worth about £2-2.5K at a guess. Hi guy's and gals. I have been doing my HICAS rack and I removed the fuel tank heatsheild which fits to the front of the tank. Trouble is I snapped off 3 of the 4 bolts. Now what I want to ask is how many of you guy's have this fitted? And is it worth my while drilling and tapping the bolts out or just leave it off? I can't see it's doing much TBH as the exhaust is closer at the sides than the front. Ivan

Guys, Need some advice. As some of you may know i signed up for destination nurburgring 06 as I was unable to make the club trip due to work commitments. So i was well happy when i saw this trip given coverage in various jap car mags. "A great event last sees event going strength to strength etc". just a bit of advice needed had a few smokey moments on idle and when first on boost changed pcv valves and still the same i had an idea to pull dipstick out alittle and guess what no smoke! would changing pcv lines be a good idea. im not loosing any boost at all. so i expect turbos ok. only had my z for 4 weeks and loving it to bits. great fun!

Anyone know what's the best glue to use that will withstand high temperatures? The 'Veilside' metal badge is starting to come away from the tailpipe and I want to restick it. It's the one right on the tip. Apologies for the back box being so filthy, I'd only just paid the deposit for the thing when it was taken.

my na's brakes are pants an warped i was wondering whats the difference between turbo an na brakes coz i might upgrade to them. an whats the best disc to go for i want somthing grooved an drilled but who makes the best? also im gonna get me cars tracking checked an no doubt it will need adjustin can they do that with out jackin the car up ie: puttin it up on a ramp or over a pit? becuse i fitted a scarab bumper from z center which is a different shape on one side an badly fouls the wheel when jacked up if it aint on a lock :rant: :rant: :rant:

Hi Guys, I am looking to upgrade from a 200sx to a 300zx, but i would like to check a few stupid things first. In a 2+2 do the seats fold down (I need to be able to fit my surfboard)? Can a tow bar be fitted? (I need to be able to stick a bike rack on it) I know I should probably do what my girlfriend says and get a diesel estate, but no-one with a slow car is ever really happy!
