Exhaust Smell......

I've noticed recently the exhaust has been a little more smelly than usual, nothing too strong and no smoke but do i need to adjust anything of have some sort of service?

 

Car has now done 90k miles and i've had it for the last 20k always chaning the oil every 2k miles and new plugs at 70k miles......

 

Always clean the TB's and squirt carb cleaner in that "other" pipe by the battery once a month.....anything else i should do?
