Has anyone fitted the above, if you have, do you have any pointers?

They are pieces of art, shame they aren't seen once fitted!

I have got these - though I didn't fit them myself. I recommend getting 4 wheel laser alignment done after fitting. The handling is sooooo much better

yup, deffo worth doing IMO :)

easy to fit really, wheel off, remove outer bolt, undo bracket on inner wing that the arm bolts onto, then remove the arm from the bracket.

get the bolt holes lined up on the new arm with the old arm to get a good starting point for adjustment.

needs to be fitted with rose jointed tension rods

Is this a MUST Paul ?

I have solid poly bushes fitted.

Something I'd like to fit when I upgrade all my suspension over the winter. You can get shims though and if I'm only lowering by 40mm, they might be all I'll need?

I'm gonna be kind of doing it for the looks more than the handling. Having the rims pushed as far out into the arch gives a much more aggressive stance.

the problem is, any lateral movement on the tension rod will eventually destroy the bearings in the upper arms!

Smithy recommends shims for wheels up to 17" and arms for 18" and bigger.

shims would be fine for any size wheel once set up, just doesnt give you that easy adjustment! (or nice solid bearings instead of bushes ;) )
