Anyone have the partnumber for the starter motor My car was Auto but converted to manual, not sure if that makes a difference

Thanks to the wonderful MOT I am now skint! LOL Four new tyres, new exhaust, new rear brake dics and a full service are to blame but I still can't wait to go and pay the money and go and pick her up in a minute as I have not driven it for over two weeks! :hyper: Can you think of anything you love more that costs you so much money?!

i got these dials and few weeks ago they stop to luminate,any of you who's got these dial had any problem in the past ? i've connected the wires from transformer straight to the batery and still nothing...if is the transformer any chance to get it fixed?

I took my Zed for a spin today, it hasn't happened very often lately due to recent weather. I decided to nip down to Poole, which is one of my favourite watering places, and took the route over the downs to Marlborough then to Salisbury via the A345. I set off about 1pm and it was a super drive with very little traffic and I arrived at Poole about 3pm. There was a splendid Schooner tied up alongside the wharf front and I took a few piccy's. I then took a gentle stroll round the town, came back and had an excellent large mixed grill on the wharf front, then drove round past the marina and spent an hour watching the wind surfers whilst listening to my MP3, and the…

Started the car in mode 2 and left sensor reading is fine (more than 5/per 10 sec) The r/h sensor doesn't show any led.The general check showed code55.Car is running lumpy on idle and low revs but on drive going well although not boosting much past .7.I have new Lambda sensors fitted. Any guesses as to what this could be ?Just started cleaning up coil packs etc and going to swap MAS and PTU to eliminate them .Car has had engine out ,engine in recently..........All knowledge gratefully absorbed :D

I've noticed my clutch is making a whining noise which dissapears whenever i depress it, it also now sounds like i've a supercharger installed which well was nice but gets on my nerves now....i need more peace! It's an RPS street clutch and lightened flywheel which i've had for about a year and a half, the noise seemed to just appear one day and is definately not the gearbox noise or any other as it's easy to hear when the car is stationary and next to a wall!!!!! Any help or good clutch experts greatly appreciated. Cheers Alex

there's no grinding noises or anything, just refuses to change up from 2'nd. Not a good sign I know. I've done the workshop manual ecu test and all 10 lights flash normal so im thinking it's a mechanical problem. Is there anything else i could check? grasping at straws I know.....

Hi, can anyone tell me if a auto gearbox from a UK H reg 91 Z is the same as a J spec 94 auto gearbox, if not, what fitting problem's would there be,cheers Paul

TT jap spec 1993. anyone know the technical settings for wheel alignment are there front and rear settings. Took car in today there was lots of head scratching and searching of old manuals, I need to take it back when i know what the settings are.

Sunday i went for a drive in the new zed, its had what i thought was an overfuelling problem (kept stalling/a quick thrash would afterward make the car lumpy and it wouldn't get past 60 without issues and 5th gear just didn't work full stop) It's running 375cc injectors and twin intakes. Having had a word with John Dixon he says it's set up to run with a single maf and a dummy maf. As i came into town after overtaking something (yes silly i know) it started to miss firing on a couple of cylinders and as i went through town it got worse till i was eventually running on 3 as i struggled ot get up the final hill to my house. My car was photgraphed today to be in Classic Car Weekly. It'll be in the August 2nd edition in a buyers guide. Strange to think of the Z32 as a classic but I guess it is.

Saw a red one about 8:30pm today on the back of a truck, reg was YJI **** (think it was an irish plate, 3 letters 4 numbers) looked standard. Going round newark on A46.

Hi, Saw two 300ZXs parked close by on the retail park in Banbury today. One was a stock black UK spec TT and it was extremely dirty!....The other was a graphite grey Jap spec 2+2 NA Auto with aftermarket exhausts. Both drivers were in their '50s or '60s! Cheerz, Jez
