If anyone knows of any other links than z1 motorsports? I'm trying to print off as much info as i can for the garage, I think it would of help great help to him. He's a good mechanic but never worked on a 300 before so any time saving, frustration saving tips would be extremely grateful. he reckons the pedals will be the trickiest bit. I found loads of lists for the conversion parts needed on a search, but not too much info on w…

Car is from Japan, imported in 2003, is there a way to tell if the cam belt has been done or not? I know it will need the 60K mile service soon anyway, and they do it then, but why waste the money if its already been done (will have rest of service anyway). Mickey at ZworX is working on it on Friday, replacing the auto box, will he be able to tell? Cheers Folks! Jon

I don't think it's much fun having to spend £15 to do something that no one enjoys  I still think if you haven't been a member you get nothing for nothing but it feels like kicking someone when they are down making them re-sign for a year to try and sell to a fellow enthusiast!

anybody had any bother with these? I bought these for the front and rear of my zed along with green stuff pads, the front pads lasted about 4k and when I changed them I noticed the discs had loads of small cracks round the middle of the braking surface, has anybody else come across this? theres a lad with an R32 gts-t that brings his car into my place for any work and I fitted endless grooved discs a few months ago and his are fine, are ebc poop?

:hurl: Just a quick note.......members on here have in the past put links to zeds on ebay that are from people completely outside the forum thus helping them sell their zeds. At least I have been subscribed and in all honesty was thinking of other members when i posted my link not trying to plug my sale. Am I right? If I had just posted the link not saying it was mine is that acceptable? I guess the car will probably be sold for peanuts to somebody who will again lower the tone of these lovely cars instead of somebody who appreciates them. Rob

Go through the entire fuseboard in the drivers well. But i cant anymore faulty fuses. I say this as the electric windows wont angle the mirrors nor retract. Also the rear wash\wiper is not working. I also have looked under the bonnet. Bumgrapes.

Can a leaking rear seal on a turbo cause the Co emissions to go high during an MOT?. The exhausts produce some blue smoke because of this when idling for a while and was wondering whether the leaking oil from turbo could mix with the normal gases coming out of exhausts to give high Co readings.

Ahoy! I've just signed up and am now on the lookout for a motor... :xxx: Looking to purchase 1st week of October and cannot wait! Question - These fine machines are new to me after previously being a Mopar guy so just wondered if you gents could run me through some of the pit-falls and what to look out for when viewing a potential motor? Cheers, Dave
