my rear subframe bushes seem to be leaking a clear gooey substance, also the cars back end seems to skip allover the show on the motorway it feels like the back end has a mind of its own are, also the diff seems to be intermitently noisey are all these related?, :confused:

Hi i am getting a lot of bouncing about on my car feels like back end when it goes over any bumps,i dont have to be going fast it does it more when doing between 30 and 50 mph has anyone had this or have any idea what it is thanks dazzler

Feel so releaved.. Made a boost leak tester removed front bumper, drove to garage compressed it up and i got one hell of a screwed intercooler didnt even need to look hard it was hissing away :D, luckily vjay is giving me one free when i pick up the wing ive bought for £35 oooo and i fitted bigger discs now too :D Bad news is i got soooo frustrated last night that i lobbed my laptop at the living room door, its now living in the bin in a 100 pieces.

I've just started to fit a KPH to MPH converter. I've removed the clocks from the car and exposed the loom / plugs. The instructions that came with the converter say the signal wire should be either L.Brown / Blue (white connecter, right row 2nd from bottom) or Yellow / Blue (centre connector, 3rd wire). This doesnt match with what I have. Are there different coloured wires in the looms for different year of car? If so, what colour should the signal wire be on a 1990 car.

It was our 1st year anniversay yesterday. It was the first time that myself and the wife woul dhave gone out in the Z wthout our daughter. Parents were looking after her, so we go tready to go out and got in the Z. A little lumpy at start up, then no power what so ever, constantly hunting, stalling and coughing. We got about 100 meters before we limped back and swaped for the beema. Checked this morning, same problem. Removed the rad bracket, slam pannel and headlight pannel. Disconnected the MAF plug, unbolted the apexi filter on the MAF side. Took out the MAF. Noticed there was a few tiny drops of water inside the apexi air filter. Heate…

Has anyone installed a manual switch to control the air con(condenser)fan. If so did it effect the rest of the air con system ie info sent from the ECU to the relays etc.In case anyone asks I want to do this because I am getting no supply from the relays to the fan ALL relays and fuses are working,fan is working too,so I am guessing there is a problem with the ECU.ANY help would be appreciated:( chaZ:)

hi guys, my zeds been overheating cince i swaped the engine and im running out of ideas on what it could be, its had a godspeed tt rad (the cars n/a) new cilican hoses z-center electric fan kit as well as a new water pump and thermerstat. ive bled the system several times so dont think its an air lock and im sure everythings plumed in properly, the temp gage reads half way between hot and cold but the fan kicks in after a few miles and the engine does seem to be hot, anyone got any ideas? thanks :confused:

I have a little problem with my boost. When she is boosting she is at 0.8bar but on the way home today it would only boost to around 0.4 bar. Then i stoped for a takeaway, came out and she was fine untill halfway home and it started again Any ideas??? it is fully decatted. abflug exhaust, andyP chip and 1.2mm boost jets. Blitz ind kit :smash::smash: Just rememberd. also if i put it into gear the revs go up slightly. not alot just enough to notice and its a manual. It all started when i did the mods :(

Hi guys, how much bhp will the auto box take or would it better for me to get a manual conversion done, i want to shove as much power as i can in my 32z tt the manual conversion is £1100 with parts and labour,cheers.

Just towed my z to the garage and my new clutch is being fitted tmw, its been 2 weeks nearly now and I cant wait to have her back:hyper:

shes done 105.000 miles, is a jap import on a 91H reg. full service history including jap service even though i cant read it, lol and its just had over £1000 spent on it including the full 120K cambelt kit with tensioners belts pump therm, the lot and some aftermarkry gauges, all of this was fit by Andy duff and he personally has said it was one of the better ones he'd driven, theres no smoke, starts first time every time and runs spot on including the gearbox which is sweet as a nut. Thats only a small description but i was thinking of around £2700.00 o.n.o what do you guys think. Many thanks, Chris. oh and she's still limited so its never been past 112…

Hi all, just had my 300 resprayed and dont want to put the old black and silver Z badge back on. Anyone know if and where i can get mabye a more modern chrome Z badge or somthing like that? thanks

first time ive really been able to try my teins as the arches were catching, have got me angle grinder out and took an inch off the arch and WOW, it fells like a different car, there is no roll on whatsoever, feels very firm and sure footed am a happy bunny

Spotted today about 2:30pm Parked in Car park near Bridgwater Jobcentre...and apparantly was parked right outside my wifes office window (citizens advice burea) last week, so must be a regular local. Stock body/wheels.

Went for a spin today with my mate in my 300ZX I gave it a foot full and it went as usual like Shite Off a Shovel then all of a sudden at full revs it lost all power I took my foot off and back on and the power was back full bore. This happened twice with no other symptoms of any problems??? Its not a limiter as that is not present. Any ideas what might make this happen please? vini
