After sobering up this morning, me and my girlfriend took the zed out for a drive around the country, after about 45 mins of good driving down lanes we came across a small pet store / equestrian supplies place outside of Billingshurst, West Sussex. This place is in the middle of nowhere. Only about 4 cars in the carpark and all 4x4's. Had a look around the shop for about 10mins. Come out to find an immaculate white UK TT parked next to my Black UK TT. Whilst having a look around it, the owner approaches me with his partner. We get chatting about zeds. Basically i think his zed was garaged for 9 years, decided to see what it was like, only needed to jump start …

Still got to put a few other bits and bobs on, but im pretty happy so far

Hi all very angry upset and pissed off me here. friday was on my way home, hit a stretch of dual carriageway, indicated to pass a flat bed Ducato van, got alongside him and he pulled out!:eek:! no warning no signal nothing. Then to make things worse he proceeded to carry on coming out and smashed me into the crash barrier.:shock: the pass wing mirror bust the side window and hit me in the head! and he has wrecked both rear panels, both doors, front bumper, bothe front wings, and all 4 of my alloys. Am sick to the stomach after 4 years of hard work then in 2 secs its smashed to pieces..... luckily for me i have a guaranteed value policy so if they write…

Looked pretty stock - would have been at about 12pm, heading from Miller St. towards Walker St. I heard a rumble that could only have been one thing, looked around and there it was!

Hey guys Ive spent ages tring to track down an earthing problem and wondered if the old earthing straps the hung off the back of a car and touched the floor would benefit the car in any way? Cheers

Take the engine out myself, no great rush as im still saving for tubs and buy gt 525. Or wait untill I have money, then get garage to do work and rebuild old tubs? ps live in norwich :(

After a long lay-off from the V8 project due to a combination of ill-health, getting the music/album/band off the ground (got a gig at Birmingham Bar Academy this coming Thursday 24th...all are welcome! :D ) and focusing on getting John's done first (quite rightly :)) with the aquisition of my new donor car from Paul at SWZ I've definately got the bug back again (after feeling a bit disheartened by it all for a bit tbh). Hi all ....... here are some pic's of the outside and inside ,of my engine after it went bang big time (thank's silverbullet lol) As you can see it's .....broke in a big way ...!!!!!! We now know that it was in 2nd gear doing about 100mph @8700rpm...:shock: one of the piston's look's like a crushed coke can .... the rod's are bend ,the valves are bend and the crank is bend.....and BEST of ALL...... THE BLOCK has a massive crack right through the middle of it .....:hyper: ...

Well been a busy busy lady; not been here much as been working lots and lots It's all over now ...thank god! My lovely zed is getting all it's work done since failing the MOT miserably and will get it back in next few weeks Even getting all the bushes done too, spent oodles of cash this year on it, so that's it for a while got other things I wanna do with my money now ( I feel a trip to NZ is my next goal x) I think I have replaced nearly everything on my zed; so it will be well cool and looking forward to being in it again :D :D :D Have I missed much????

bought a set of billstein sports shocks and springs off ebay for £130 quid and got em fitted today , no drop as my standard shocks already had bilstein springs but the sports shocks makes the ride feel so much more positive now.

turned my car off, and could hear a hissing for about a second after. i opened the bonnet while engine was running, and could hear a air leak. is this on the Z standard? or has someone added it to the intake plenum? (its only on the right side) looks like theres a pipe thats come off it? can i just block this up? or should it be going to something? on my S13 there was something similar, i was able to plug my boost gauge into it??

My 95 zed? Mine has the lights in the cluster not on the surround, however the plan is to fibreglass this surround up on the left side to mount a boost controller screen. Something on the right also but not sure what yet! I just need to know if it'l fit around a series 4 speedo cluster?

Lets make a list of all things you would like to see made specifically for the z32. Maybe someone/companies might take notice if there is enough interest for certain things. I'll start. 1: I'd like to see carbon fibre heater & light pods. (probably wouldn't crack like plastic either lol) A carbon auto leaver surround. Carbon door handle surrounds. A carbon steering column cover. Already a carbon stereo surround can be had from Japan, and am I right in thinking you can already get window switch surrounds in carbon? If these were made for a reasonable price, with pretty much a set to do all of the major items I think there would be lo…

Hi guys, further to my problems with a non existent idle (probably due mainly to an over rich AFR), a thought has ocurred. Does removing the Aircon and cutting the lines cause an issue with the function of the IAA unit?? Does the ECU simply detect the drop in revs and then use the IAA to compensate or is it something more complicated (a signal from the aircon system for example)? TIA RobH

Got these the other week from CBR337. (cheers fella) 18" Gewalt split rims. Now been fully refurbed, all stainless bolts done to. Just need to sort the tyres. All nice and shinny:dance:
