What running temps are people getting when fully warmed up? On an aftermrket temp gauge?

Does the stock fan run off the crank but ecu controlled?

Reason i ask is i bought my zed with a koyo rad,kenlowe fan controller and standard rad hoses already fitted....soon after the kenlowe gave up and was leaking coolant because of the copper probe wedged down the rad hose, so i removed the probe, tightened up the hose and had the fan wired to stay on full time (temporary fix).Anyway just bought some aftermarket radiator hard pipes and was previously thinking of fitting a sandwhich plate fan controller in the top hose but this is not possible now because of the metal pipes......so i was wondering what types of fan control you guys have got and where do you take a coolant temp reading from as ive got a gauge wired from the to…

Just got a set of these to match my shiney new fog lamps. Am i right in guessing some Z's had side lights in the indicator units? As there are holes for 2 bulbs on each one. cheers rich

hi guys. when i picked up my z i noticed that the clutch pedal was very soft and saggy and the bitting point was only about 5mm off the floor. i tried bleeding the clutch by releasing the nut on the cylinder on the wing near the headlamp, pumping the pedal, tighten the nut up, then did the the same on the cylinder underneath the car. it got a little bit better but as i was pressed for time i only managed to do it once so i dont think i managed to get all the air out of the system. now this is where it gets weird!!! i've just topped up my power steering fluid as my hicas light kept coming on first thing in the morning when the car was cold. Since i've done this, the clutch…

Due to a burst heater matrix im after one for those little electric heaters. Has anyone used them before and are they any good ? links to one that you have personal experience of would be handy because the car is bloody freezing !!!

Need to upgrade most of the suspension bits on the zed. Thinking about the Tein Super Streets, which are height and damper adjustable. Anybody have these fitted and how are they? Did a search but most folk seem to have the Tein Flex`s which seem to be v good but quite stiff. ta

Where can i get a suspension upgrades for the 300zx? I only want UK companies if possible because i wont be importing, and can somebody give me the lowdown on the KYB-AGX with TEIN S-Tech combo? The only options i can find are eigher the teins or the kyb's. Does anybody have any for sale? I want to make the right choice so im trying to gather as much info as possible

having just read the latest on my headlight thread, this new issue has come up about running off one relay, is there a good chance it could burn out? and how about putting an in-line fuse on that wire you fitted, would that be an idea?

Good evening all ;) After various small corrections/ fixes I still seem to be having a boost issue. If I let my car run up to temp and then try for full boost :dance: it is there on tap but after the first 5 mins I go into safety. Any ideas?

Hi can anyone help me ive got running dramas with my Z32. it sounds like im running short of a couple of pistons and have just put new HKS spark plugs in and still same problem. I have some new coils on the way and this could be the problem however i wanted to check them first. What resistance reading am i meant to get on the coils packs. Thanks for the help Marty

hi there does any one know where i can get my hands on an hks hi power exhaust ...can only find thm on us websites and shipping cost is like £600 :hurl: the exhaust it self is under £500. hellllllpppp

hi guys just wonderin what the easyst was to change the exhaust manifold on a n/a zed is??? im thinking its probibly easyst from underneth?

Would have been about 3:15, approx junction 16 heading south, I went past in the Bimmer ....
