just did the first oil change since I bought the car in september(not driven it in months been stored in the garage) couldn't find the sump plug at first them i realised it was actually the bolt I though it wasn't as it has a cable attatched to it with my other z hasn't. So I presume this would be an aftermarket sensor for pressure as there are no new dials on it. Anyone else seen these? I've seen the filter sandwhich plate ones but not these.

I'm looking for a manual box, I've stuck an ad in the wanted section, just wondering if the same box was fitted on any other nissans, and if they would be straight swap? (due to my Auto box slowly losing the will to live :-)

Hi Folks, Had to replace the slave cylinder on the other halfs Fairlady. No problem (I thought), 15 minute job, replace, bleed and back in business. Nope, for some reason I can get resistance on the pedal with the engine off, but when I start up I can't get anything. Where have I gone wrong ? :headvswal

Hi Guys I wondered if you could give me some advice. 1) Yesterday my car began smoking from under the passenger side dashboard and you could clearly see water dripping out from under it(in particular when turning right). On inspection both the drivers side and passenger carpets were soaking wet! I assume it is the heater matrix, but can someone confirm this?? 2) If so, I want to dry the carpets out and store the car for a few months. If the heater system is not switched on will the car still leak the water whilst driving? Its just I dont want to store it with a wet floor pan and I need to drive the car to the storage. Thanks for your advice in advance!

I fitted Alpine speakers in my doors when all the interior came out, but never felt there was enough definition there. I have just bought a custom sub box for a 12" sub to go in the rear, I've replaced the rear speakers with Alpine speakers also. But, do I got for component speakers in the front? The Alpine speakers I am currently looking at appear to be the same as the ones I already have fitted, but obviously with the tweeter which I don't have. So, is it worth replacing these? Or will I not notice much of a difference?

I saved the image that you posted a while back of the Z32 lines and if I remember it was also one of your favourites What are those wheels and what offset would they have to look so perfect in the wheel arch? It just looks perfect. Thanks, C

I need to get my 300zx transported next friday. It is not running and has no road tax. It's also a widearch. Just wondering what people have used in the past to transport there car? I was hoping to see if I could get the RAC to do it. Being widearch i wondered if you can get one of these on a trailer ok? Are recovery companys expensive? Its going from Basildon to Harlow. Any ideas? Thanks, Ant

Also started thinking about the 350z, theres a new one in my area, a 350z nismo, looks really nice.
