Hi there Im a new Z owner and unfortunately I have noe clue about this highly advanced car. Also its been fitted with a BC (profec II) which I have no clue how to check! the original boost gauge is not working. Basically I have no clue if its overboosting or whatever. Also when driving at a constant speed (50 MPH) there a weird noise coming from somewhere - have no clue what it could be. Maybe driveshaft ?? If anyone close to Aberdeen would be interested in having a chat about cars and have a drive and look at my car that would be greatly appreciated. I can drive it to you if thats an option. Im happy to buy some beer or whatever (after driving of course) as co…

Installed a couple of boost jets at the weekend now that I have my RPS Max clutch and boost gauge fitted and bloody hell does it fly! I thought it was a quick car before, but now... Started off with a couple of 1mm - got 20psi! Very gently brought her back home and tried a 1mm and a 1.2mm. Still 17, with an initial spike to 18. Not good. However, running 2 x 1.2mm's now and getting a nice steady 14 with a spike for a fraction of a second to 15. Can't hear any det, running as smooth as silk!

After having 'issues' with myself over the past few months and making rash thoughts, something hit home to me today. Have driven the Z quite a bit this weekend. Well, yesterday after taking it out, all I seemed to notice where the stares. Took it out today and I had kids shouting 'nice car mate' at me as I drove by. The best bit was while I was sat at lights in central Bristol and this guy in a pearl yellow Murcielago pulls up with the reg plate 'P4ATT'. Guy looks over at the car and nods and smiles. Was chuffed that even a 20 year old Nissan still gets a look in. The same happened last year whilst Maddie and I were taking a spirited sprint up the twistes through Che…

Hi everyone, Stupidly, I managed to drive up my driveway and got a bit too close to the house, and hit the front bumper on the doorstep. Pictures below in the attachments. The bumper sheared through the bolt on the driver side where it attaches to the wing. I managed to push the bumper back in but it's not really held in with anything where it joins to the wing. I was planning on cleaning it this weekend and putting it up for sale. However, now that I have damaged the bumper, I'm not sure if I should just sell it as it is and reduce the price, or get it repaired, or get a new bumper, and then sell. My preferred choice is to sell it as it is. I reckon a new …

Over the last couple of weeks, one of my tyres has been losing pressure, 10psi every other day, i kept pumping the tyre up, but decided to remove the wheel to investigate. Firstly the damage caused by driving a on a wheel with less than 20psi in. Put a screwdriver in tear to show the depth. This is the cause of the air loss, This is on the inside rim of the wheel, does anyone know if this can be fixed, ive got a mate who welds for a living. Just as a warning, keep a check on your tyre pressures, because this could have shredded itself, dont want to think about what would of happend at speed. Stu

Yesterday, my Zed hit the one thousand mile mark since I bought the car in November. What's it been like? Well, the first four hundred plus miles involved driving from the Norwich area up to Dunfermline, me and a full set of original wheels and tyres taking up all the seats and boot space. Needless to say, being new to Zeds - I kept the speed under eighty for the entire journey. Having an incident whilst sharing the cab with all these wheels and tyres was not an option. Sixty miles here, forty miles there .......it all adds up. I've been a member of this club and a constant watcher of the forum since before I bought the car and have learned many helpful th…
