Anyone bought anything from Crest cars in High Wycombe. they seem to have a few Z's in that look as if they are worth a look.

Since the SC rr got cancelled, kinda put the feelers out for an RR in the corners of the Cornwall, Devon/Somerset and South Central areas. There were people in the SC region that would still want to do this. Also, some Welsh members have shown some interest. Just wondering who would be up for something like this? Would involve a big meet, an RR session, pub etc. Somewhere around the Taunton/Exeter area? I've put a few threads up in the 3 regions originally discussed. But wondering who would want to do something like this? Will leave this to the REOs to organise, but happy to help/generate interest? End of July or something? Bit short notice I guess. …

Lots of questions about 350 and Skyline GTR calipers but couldn't find any that answer this There are Brembo ones (gold/red) but there are plain black non Brembo ones, are these any use and better than stock?

door speaker wires, any one know what colours they are? to save me pulling new ones through or getting the door cards back off....again. On the head unit end they have been scarfed into(for new head unit) and labelled up in japanese :headvswal thanks for any help

Right i have a strange one :( I have had my baby stood for a while, while i have been refurbing the wheels etc. Last time i came to start the car she fired up like aways and running sweet. Then after 15min she just cut out. no blubing or anything just off like you pulled the key out. But the engine was really hot so i thought this might be the problem. Left it for an hour and went back to it. She fired up fine so i thought it was just a blip due to it not being run for a while. About 3 weeks later i came to start her up again (today). bang on perfect untill about 15min again :confused: Now she was perfect untill she was parked up. never missed a beat…

can anyone recommend a dealer for an exhaust system cat back for 1995 non turbo manual in hampshire please not looking for super performance just reasonable price. cheers

hi is there such as thing as good cheap shocks? i'd like something to stop the bouncing i get at speed but without being rock hard so she fine as an every day car, also dose anyone know the spring free lengths got some that are ment to be nearly new low milage ect. but would like to check, cheers

my brakes were crap so i took them appart thinking i could fix them lol! so i split the calliper found nothing wrong put it back together and forgot about it, little did i know id crushed one of the inner rubber O rings in between the two halves...... so! i needed new ones..... so couldnt find them online in the uk or the us or japan or nissan (who wanted 450 for 1 whole calliper lol!) so i e mailed z1 whith the specific spec of my car and exactly what i needed, he said they did the o ring kit and that it cost 20 odd dollas which was like 15 quid or summit..... then 55 quid postgage....... for 4 o rings..... so i said can we do a deal i mean you could stick em in an envel…

as the title says a member on here (cant find post on who it was) helped me locate an ebay item of a S2 loom (piggy back). it has arrived so now i would like to fit it... two problems.......... is it easy to replace the S1 PTU for the S2? noticed my new (second hand) S2 PTU has no bracket!!!!!! is there anyway i can make the S1 PTU bracket fit the S2 PTU? if not then i am buggered :headvswal

Well i was at heatwave car show in dublin yesterday and the green eclipse out of fast and furious was there...next to it was a highly modified blue zed with reg A**EDX Is that car on this site or not as it looked very familiar but cant think where from so thought it must be from here!

Hiya chaps, pretty numb question really, but, can the rear crank oil seal (gear box end) be changed without droppin the sump? Is it just a case of pulling the old one out and popping a new one in? Cheers....

can anyone help please i have put a set of stage2 technics turbos on my car, they were used when i got them so sent them off to universal turbos and had them rebuilt, i have put them on and every now and then get a big puff of blue smoke when i accelerate hard or hold it at around 2000 revs in neutral it starts pouring out but only sometimes, my oil pressure when start from cold its between 60 and 120 psi but once warm its on the 0, i put 10w 30 oil in it halfords own make could the oil be the problem cause with old oil i had in it never seemed to be that low thank you

I saw some pics in the site gallery of members wheels before and after refurbing thier wheels themselves. They looked beautiful, but none of the posts explain what and how they did it.

Hi both of my electric windows have stopped working. Ive checked fuse under bonnet which also works power seats and it is fine. Ive had little black box out and all seems fine, but im getting no power supply to it. Is they another fuse? Or can someone please tell me which wire to the black box is the live feed, so i can run a feed to it and try see if windows work then.

Anyone here?

Hello! After a bit of help! In the last week or so the z has been running a bit iffy. From start up, after about 2 minutes of driving, it will start to struggle at low revs, juddering a bit. At this point, it runs fine if I stay about 2,500rpm. However, after about 5 minutes of it having a mare, all is well again, and it does not struggle at low revs. Until next time I go for a drive. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've just changed the spark plugs and air filters yesterday to see if that made any different, but no. Only thing I did notice is the "mesh" on the MAF has seen better days, and needs replacing. Could this be the problem? Thank y…

hi once again, i have just put everything back together after fitting a replacement autobox. I went to start it and it will not turn over - lights are on inside the car and have checked battery voltage at 12.9v so its not the battery flat - i have checked all fuses and there ok - i was so careful when removing and putting everything back as not to do disturb anything. I have checked the earth strap at the top of the bellhousing and thats fitted and tight. The only issue i had with the new auto box were the wiring loom had been cut - i used my loom off the old box and reconnected all the wires and did a continuity check to test the new coonections and all seems fine …

Hi all my car is a nightmare to fill up with petrol as it keeps cutting the pump off, its like the petrol is'nt going down fast enough is this normal. Also out of interest whats a stock TT do top end. thanks.
