hi ive got a 1995 twin turbo,does anyone no where the idle adjuster screw is or is it done electronicallyl.. and also does anyone no why the engine dies when i pull up to a junction,this only happens when its cold?

had my car dyno'ed today and found out that at the top of the rev range the car is running very rich and the power drops off as a result of this. deffinately need to get car remapped as the ecu also seems to not allow me to put the boost anywhere above 0.9bar. so what fwhp do you guys think i produced with these problems? (i have boost controller chipped ecu aftermarket exhaust and filter)

ok i still cant seem to get rid of this bloody rattle and it is really starting to do my head in. ok when ticking over cars sounds fine i can rev up the engine and still sounds fine. Now when i take it out for a run all is ok until i push a little harder. as soon as get some boost i get this annoying rattle (metalic). the more boost the louder the rattle. i have checked heat shield around turbos and they seem fine. it seems to be coming from front passenger side. is there anything that i may have missed. iv also checked brake disk plate and also seems fine. :headvswal:headvswal:headvswal:mad::mad:

Non turbo accident repair. Ok little story for you here, roll the clock back 3 years and unfortunately this non turbo suffered a heavy front and side impact into a small river!! however it was subsequently repaired by the insurance at their approved bodyshop. Following this the car ran very uneven, with very low performance and heavy fuel use, starting and other issues forced a disappointed owner into garaging the car for 3 years. After contacting a Nissan dealer who gave him our contact number it came to our workshop on a trailer. Picked my car up from zedworld today at about 9:30, had running problems and MOT time. Another 12months driving and thanks to team at zedworld again for making her run a hell of a lot better. Also just wandering who i seen there today and whos car was in the garage. Regards Andy

Doesnt seem to be much of an interest in this show is it legendarily bad? I've never been before but its only 100 miles away and while the zed is running and looking goodish, be good to see some more zedders :hyper:

hi,can anyone help,i've got a problem with the box on my 92 non turbo,it selects park,reverse,neutral,drive but when in d it only goes in 1 gear but i think it my be 2nd,but if you put it in 1 it selects 1st and shift it to 2nd and it selects it but then nothing it does'nt seem to select 3rd.any ideas, thank's carl.

After 5 months without my Zed I finally got to drive it again last night and it was just as good...no...BETTER than the first time I ever drove it!! And it was all thanks to Jimmer and Daryll!! well dropped the car off with the mechanic this morning for its manual conversion counting the days already lol

cars been down garage, and theyv had RAC diagnostic thing onit aswell. the injectors are not working, not clicking, and not getting power/earth. ive done a NA to TT conversion, kept the NA loom. using the TT ECU ive changed the connections on the front 4 injectors. the ECU is not showing any error codes. the injectors were working fine before i did the swap, as the engine is from my old car, as is the ECU. do i need a new loom? im about to give up on the car :(

Has anyone fitted the aftermarket rear camber adjusting arms? Was it a difficult job? I am quite handy with the spanners, just wanted to know of any problems I may encounter. Also are there any rubbers/ bushes that should be replaced at the same time? Thanks.

Hey folks just after a bit of advise on the clutch side as thursday night i had to get recovered. Id been driving for about 2 hours and parked up and the car stalled then started up again and couldnt get a gear and had smoke coming out so had a look and seen oil and leaked out probably onto exhaust which caused the smoke. Had a look underneath and thought at first it was coming from the clutch slave cylinder so got recovered. When i got back i had already put a bit of oil back in the clutch pot and i managed to get gears but seemed to be air in the system as the biting point was really low and struggling to disengage. just purchased some gear oil MORRIS lodexol full synthetic and was just wondering if any1 uses this oil or is it not as good as the shop keeper says.lee
