Hi I have the need for a fuel filler pipe on my UK 300 TT manual, and also the pipes that feed and go from the fuel pump, can anyone help as to where I may go for these please.

How do people do the trims in there cars ie cream interior trim kit or blue etc etc as i was looking to do mine, is it a kit i have to buy and fit or do you cover the existing trims with leather etc yourselves ?

I have a jap NA manual. I'll soon be dropping in a TT engine from a uk auto, but keeping the car manual. Will i be able to use the ECU from the uk auto if it is chipped? Second question, what the feck are the other 3 boxes next to the ECU? Cheers Scott

Hi all, going to be doing an oil change the weekend (engine + autobox) last oil change was at Zedworld but this time im going to have ago myself. i can get mobil 1 0w40 fully-syn cheap at work, would this be too thin? and pass worn clyinders? also is dextron 3 ok for a gearbox change??

Hi all again, just a little question about auto boxes. sometimes when im driving a long at say 35mph and i plant it the box doesnt change down to say 2nd it goes to 3rd which then it takes so long and slow to accelerate i have to select 2nd manually to get any steam? the car is ok at motorway speeds kicks down fine and at say 20mph drops to 1st etc but it seems when i come off islands or driving at 30mph etc? p.s. the box has no sign of slipping, changes up fine and you can hear the kick down relay working. any ideas? hi, last week i've install downpipe (at the same time as my rps clutch) and since that i've much boost that i've set on my profec spec2,before that in low boost i reach 0.75bar and now 0.95bar. is it normal and i just need to ajust my setting or not ? i'm affraid cause the boost seem to increases as rpm increases!

How many gears does the Autobox have on the ZX TT.. is it 3 + Overdrive which = 4?? What speeds should each gear change at?.. provided it is in "NORMAL" anybody know? Finally, the reason for which I am asking, is my car for some unknown reason doesn't seem to change to 3rd?.. it is building up speed, then just revving when I get round 40-50mph.. then once you hit like.. 5k rpms it pulls again and u get power.. but it's revving quite high...and doesnt seem as if its changed inbto 3rd gear yet.. I have checked the autobox fluid levels, they seem to be fine, they even smell like they should... What could be the problem?.. line pressures? any thoughts? …

Hi Team, Got some new braided flexible oil feed pipes but they require a banjo bolt in each end. The people that supplied them state that they need to know what threads are in the Turbo and oil outlet to be able to supply them. I have a standard 1989 engine with standard Garrett Turbos. I thought that they would be metric both ends but apparently cause Garrett are American they could be A/F or Imperial etc. Any one got any idea:headvswal Jase

As the car is hopefully going to be fast I thought I'd better sort some brakes so have gone for same calipers as funkyb and 350 discs but have EBC ones with yellow stuff pads!

I have one for sale at the moment in the for sale section and someone has asked me if the "spec S" is suitable for the TT? and that isnt the twin solenoid "spec R" the right one for the TT. As I bought it from an advert on this very forum I assumed it was for the ZX, however I have no way of knowing asI never actually fitted it to my car. CAn some one please confirm if the spec S BC with a single solenoid is suitable for the TT Many thanks in advance

as we all no theese cars are a love hate kinda thing i havent moved the car for a while and as my cousin is here visiting i thought id get her going again totally abused it tbh but i loved it so much i was shaking when i got out i just want it back on the road again now but still got no money to fix her up lol oh well the day will come and no doubt about a week later when something else breaks i will hate it again haha :tongue:
