  1. Si, my missus is a Travel Agent, could see if she could organise a group trip if we had no's, she could organise Hotels etc or as stated earlier, there's always the parents garden if you fancied camping:biggrin:
  2. Happy Birthday Coop, Have a good one:thumbup:
  3. You got next day delivery from Japan! Holy Crap that can't have been cheap!
  4. No worries Jay, it's secure with auto gates and cameras, you could park 20-30 Z's around the house, it has a large shed if the weather turned crap, 3 miles from the town of Carlow, 50 from Dublin / Wexford / Waterford etc, 20 from Kilkenny, Large grass area for camping etc. Hell my parents spend most of their time cruising around the world:boat::biggrin:
  5. I was only thinking that if I got my parents house for the weekend there would be plenty of space for parking, camping, BBQ and it wouldn't cost much, €100 for a large striploin, sausages, burgers, salad etc and BYOB:thumbup:
  6. Happy Days, I thought they were coming from Japan:thumbup1:
  7. Cool Lee  How soon till they arrive??
  8. Post edited as it was only 2 hours live when comment was made:surrender:
  9. It's a no from me I'm afraid, for the money it would cost I could go to the Paris Motor show for the weekend:thumbup1: Not that I can afford that either:biggrin:
  10. I just threw up a little bit in my mouth:hurl::no: What kind of A-hole would do that to an SLR!!! Somebody please tell me that this is a home made *******ised 1999 CLK or something:scared::no:
  11. Not over a year it wouldn't:biggrin: No happy endings for Charlie:laugh::thumbup:
  12. Ha!! didn't have the time or calculator to work it out mate!!. It's true though, what could you get for 18p a week:innocent::whistling:. F*CK ALL!. The other day I was talking about maybe getting a spare set of window switches to carbon dip, Mondo offered to give me a set for free!! Isn't that worth 18p a week. Some people always think someone is screwing someone else over and start looking for conspiracy's, as Funky has stated, how many people actually subscribe to the Club??? 100-200?? Do the maths people, there's no one on the committee going on foreign holidays on the years takings from here!!:innocent:
  13. Personally, I'm quite happy to pay for the help and support that's available here online, I've only met up with Dutchgold (Jay), so far:thumbup1:, but as he stated, it's a lot harder for the Irish contingency to get time and money to travel across the water. Saying that I would like to go camping at Beaulieu this year with the wife and kids:thumbup:. I feel I've gotten to know a few of you from here and that is what the Club is about, Camaraderie:thumbup1:. Am I concerned about what my subs is spent on ?? Not one bit!!. I was on the local residents association for two years, an estate of 90 houses and the time and effort to keep the place maintained, subscriptions and organising a summer BBQ was a total headache!!! That was a group of 90 houses all within walking distance, a stones throw from each other!!!. I know it costs money to run a website and organise meets etc. For the £10 re-sub you get an awful lot:thumbup1: I mean what else could you buy with £10 over 52 weeks?? Can anyone tell me a better way to spend circa 18p a week?? If you can, I'm all ears:thumbup1:
  14. Very nice Jeff:thumbup:
  15. I like that silver one Jay, nice colour:thumbup1:
  16. Welcome to the Club Dave, hope you get it all sorted:thumbup1:
  17. Welcome to the Club Paul:thumbup: If you look down in the "Cars for Sale" thread, you'll find some nice examples, Gazwoz (Gary) is a registered Trader on here and imports some pretty impressive Z's. He has 3 on the way over as we speak. Have a look and contact Gary, Simples :thumbup1:
  18. When my car was flooded in 2009, they allowed me €4500 as it was too expensive to replace the engine, I took the car back and €3500, I've been buying bits and pieces for the last few years and am finally ready to get her going again. I will have to get an engineers report to say it's roadworthy when she's finally done:thumbup:. Still think it was worth my while keeping her:thumbup1:
  19. I followed both Si's (Funky + Mondo) and used a drop of superglue at the top and bottom of the rings and they're well attached to the bezel:thumbup1:
  20. Just found the colour I'll be doing my car in next year:thumbup:
  21. AUDI MISANO RED PEARL for me:thumbup: Paint code - LZ3M/N9
  22. Any bodyshop worth it's salt should be able to get Audi Misano Red or Brilliant Red, I still think the red on that Prior Design R8 is the nuts:thumbup: In fact I think it looks like the Misano Red:thumbup1:
  23. Audi Misano Red Pearl.. and personally, I think this is the one you want Dan:thumbup: Comparison of Brilliant Red and Misano Red..
