Ha!! Love it:thumbup:- car getting painted in 4 weeks need help picking the best red paint
I know you said no metallics but this red is coooool!!!! Not even sure if it is metallic or a solid red, hard to determine with the shine:thumbup1: Good to see things moving for you Dan, best of luck with the build:thumbup:- how rude of me
No guessing where that came from:thumbup:- Anyone else notice Gaz's and Groover's Reg No's?
The job has me Super Observant! back on here a year and only noticed today!! Still cool to have the same car with nearly identical numbers:thumbup:- Anyone else notice Gaz's and Groover's Reg No's?
Is it that imports have a certain reg lettering over there in the UK??- how rude of me
Welcome to the Club Ben:thumbup:- Anyone else notice Gaz's and Groover's Reg No's?
Don't know if anyone has posted this before, but I was browsing through some old threads and have just realised that the above named gentlemen's car reg's are extremely similar (with the exception of one digit) . I'm not too familiar with UK reg's but if it's like Ireland they're coded to areas, so...What's the chances that 2 Z's would be registered in the same area 100 numbers apart:thumbup:- Time to buy another one, it's been far too long
Welcome back to the club Sean, now the recession's over, there's more of us Irish getting back into performance cars, just a pity about the road tax here down South:thumbup1: Looking forward to another build.- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
Cheers Si, PM returned:thumbup1:- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
:bow: You my friend are a Legend!!:bow:, there's no panic on them, stick them in with the retrimmed bits when you have them done,:thumbup1: let me know how much also:thumbup1: Did you get that payment after??- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
I appreciate that mate:thumbup1:, not really gone on the piano black marble finish, but yeah my radio surrounds are single din also, might bite the bullet and grab a double din later on in the year, I've sorted out your boot liner for you :thumbup1:- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
That's why I asked buddy, I want peoples opinions:thumbup:, I'm thinking maybe doing the switch and radio surrounds, I've a couple of radio surrounds, and I don't think it would be too expensive to get an extra set of switch surrounds (Baz:innocent::whistling:), I could get a full set done ala 99 spec and see how it looks:thumbup1:, I can't see it being too much extra on top of the front splitter.- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
This week, I've mostly been clearing outstanding debts, I've everybody sorted with the exception of Lee (Jaikai), I'll be getting to you in the coming week or so mate:thumbup1:. So that's all my interior pieces (Gear and Handbrake gaiters, gear knob, handbrake handle and console armrest) being retrimmed with Mondo , Rear NA subframe, diff, some hardboard boot trims for Dutchgold and my Twinz Type 2 rear bumper ready for shipping from Baz :w00t:. Got a quote from Nissan of €135 for the 99 bumper mesh!!!, got a sheet for £25 (€30) delivered from one of Luke's (Z Centre) contacts:thumbup: Cheers Luke:thumbup1:. I've been considering getting some interior parts Carbon dipped just to freshen up the interior, what do people think of this?? I've been given a quote of €100 to do my Carmad 99 front splitter but I wouldn't be doing it till later on in the year anyway. I saw Rich 20's carbon dipped pieces and I think they look quite well:thumbup1:- Finally work is about to begin on the Slicky
Nice looking car Lexx and a nice little to do list, looking forward to reading up on this:yes:- Happy Birthday tomfromthenorth
Happy Birthday Tom:thumbup:- "You picked a fine time to leave me, Loose Wheel!" - Mondo's new Zed.
Twas a long day but good fun, but being there just made me wish even more that I had a larger amount of spare cash to lavish on my Zed.... Join the club Si!! I'd love to be able to bring my car over for a no expense spared Jimmer rebuild and health check:thumbup1: Glad you had a great day guys. I reckon if I brought the car to the UK I'd have to spend a few weeks meeting up and chatting all things Z to everyone:biggrin:- May have found a new workshop for my zed
Happy days Lee:thumbup1: there's nothing better than being able to tip away at your car in a nice, dry, airy and warm unit, no matter what the weathers doing outside:thumbup: - RHD Engine Wiring Loom Group Buy
