Clutch - Idea of time scale.
give yourself half a day Stu, its straight forward as long as nothing is seized and you do every thing in the correct order. you wont need to bleed it, just unbolt the slave and hang it up out of the way ;)

Air fliter
the stock MAF is only good for up to 400bhp. a twin A'pexi would be your best bet but, if you're going down that route. why not get rid of the MAF and use a MAP an IT sensor setup with a stand alone EMS. that way you will get the best out of your injectors/turbos etc... ;)

ive got a lightened Z1 fly wheel and 3 puck exedy clutch (2 months driving on it) good for around 380bhp ish. im looking for £350 :)

the finished N/A subframe
cheers guys.... well i can now say i have given it a propper testing now the twin plate clutch is in!! she runs as smooth as anything with plenty of exceleration. took it to a disused private air field and had plenty of fun!!! the wheels spin in third if you floor it from 60mph and she slides with so much control! but on the other hand there's plenty of grip when you want it. for what it cost start to finish, i think i did alright ;)

Transmission cooler
ive been running and racing a manual for near on three years without a trans cooler, had no probs to date :)

Manual pilot bushing
expect to pay around £8 for each of the bolts if you get OEM. ive got a nismo pilot bushe which is so much better and you dont need to change it every time the box comes off ;)

r230 4.1 diff
the half shafts are the same thickness, its the splines that slot into the diff and on the other ends in to the hubs that are different sizes :)

front wheels
what suspension are you running? check the hight of each side, might be a shock gone saggy. either that or a worn bushe, loose ball joint or damaged arm. check every thing under both sides making sure its all straight, tight and dry. if all thats ok, then take it to get the geo done. :)

Stand alone ECU unit
im running an AEM on my every day zed, its far smoother now with the power delivery than it ever was with the stock ecu. ;)

Adjustable Tension Rods
even if you're not lowering it, adjustable suspension arms are always a good idea. it means you can keep the wheels running spot on and set up just how you like it ;)

Quick tapping question...
when cold my oil pressure can be as high as 95 to 105 psi. normal opperating temp the pressure sits at around 45 to 50 psi and drops to around 40 psi bar when temps slightly higher

as far as i know, you can't going by all the HIGH powered skylines, they still use the same CAS

its usualy done with engines running high power that exceeds the stock limits and needs perfect tuning ability with every sensor. oh and yeah, its mega money, £1000+ for a stand alone EMS with out all the other bits :(
