  1. Oh yeah! How bizarre... Must have been pissed? Although the 3 can easily be changed to an 8 without tippex so I'll do that...
  2. Are you planning on flaring the arches at the back? Look forward to seeing the pics. Mclarenf1kid from the us forums has the same fitment... Edit: in fact he has et2 front and et22 rear!
  3. I think that's called the king pin? I've had mine apart befote, I'm sure I used a combination of gurt big hammers and pry bars...
  4. Oh ffs! Sorry to read this Brian, I bet this isn't helping your argument to justify having a zed again with the wife!
  5. From Andrews post #3 ;-)
  6. It's a good thing really that Jeff is looking over this advice to ensure its up to scratch.
  7. What width/offsets are you looking at?
  8. I was working on the zed, then ended up in Lithuania... Random!
  9. Varrstoen are readily available in the uk. Go to their UK website and check out the authorised dealers section. They're quite a few dotted around and all seem to have stock. I nearly bought a set of 2.2.2's before I bought some Volk's. Have you considered the size and offsets yet as they can be quite an aggressive fitment.
  10. It's easy, don't download anything, don't upload anything and don't warp speed hyper boom anything. It doesn't get you a sig pic but it works!
  11. Happy birthday Pete :-)
  12. Click the link :-) The widths are 8.75 and 9.75. I would go for 20mm spacers up front for effective ET25 and 10mm spacers on the rear (ET35). Your best bet is to base it on your current wheel fitment and use this website: http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator If you're happy with the fitment of your current wheels, play around with the new offset until the outside edge stays 'the same' then you can work out what size spacer you require. Otherwise make it retract or extend into the arch to get your desired look.
  13. This is a must this year... If it doesn't happen this year Stu is gonna get it! Get organising stu, just make sure I'm not working first :-p Good work there matey, now you can bring your zed and not your white van!
  14. Who are you planning on flying with?..
  15. To be fair, on the large banners, it says 'The premier UK 300zx owners club'
  16. Awesome thread, cracking results!
  17. - Convince Z1 and CZP to have a UK distribution centre! (Although by doing that, Zcentre would probably fold) - TwinZ design - Volk racing/Rays eng. Other than our existing traders, that pretty much exhausts the companies that I would or have purchased from. Hehe, I wondered when the ams situation would pop up! I've not seen any direct comparison between the 2 so I'd have no idea. Although ashspec are more Z specific so offer a wider range of products I think? The are also a renounably difficult company to contact from past experiences. Z1 and CZP sell just about every aftermarket product that's worth buying so if an arrangement could be made with them... Some form of shipping agreement... I have no idea what!
