  1. I wouldn't say you'd have room to move it over at all with the mongoose. As said, they will more than likely foul the petrol tank in the range of movement...
  2. Happy days dude :)
  3. Are they the correct offset?
  4. I'm on nightshift for the next couple of days so I will be in but potentially sleeping depending in the time, you're more than welcome to pop round though :)
  5. Ah yes, in that case they will be DBA4000 wiperslot discs all round with relocation brackets up front to move the caliper out, housing the bigger diameter disc. The kit probably also came with braided lines and performance pads?
  6. Cripes! How long ago were they done, what does the receipt say was done and what brands were used? What conversion was done to the rear?
  7. Get a micrometer and measure the thickness to tell for sure. They look like oem calipers using big disks and relocation brackets. Most of these upgrades don't utilise the whole disk surface area. A lot of performance pads tend to squeal with light use. I've heard many complaints from people using ferodo ds2500 pads, squealing at low speed but I can't remember if that was using standard calipers or brembos as standard calipers have the shims behind the pads. Might be worth removing the pads and check for the presence of the anti rattle shims, have a quick inspection for seized pistons whilst you're there and also check to make sure the pad moves freely in and out of the caliper with the retaining pins in. Then reinstall with some copper slip behind the pad and on the shims etc.
  8. I doubt you'll find one tbh. If it was me i would take the tyres off and stick the 3 good ones on eBay individually to raise some funds towards a replacement set, which you would already have tyres for.
  9. If it helps, they're Axis Milano wheels. I've done a little research and it seems these wheels will be near impossible to get hold of for a replacement, doh! It seems that they're replicas of a wheel called the Maya DTS which is possibly made by Trafficstar. Those wheels are 2 piece forged and would easily cost £2k new.
  10. It looks like this company might still have stock, it may be worth asking them if they would sell you 1 wheel or buy a set off them... http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?sbk=1&nav=SEARCH&itemId=260858216254 Edit: Apologies, I've just noticed yours are the split rim jobbies - disregard :) nevertheless, I agree with the above, I wouldn't consider welding that.
  11. Your wheels are Axis Hiro. A company called 'Dare' took the rights to the moulds from the wheels and sold them as Dare Hiro. They are one piece cast wheels of which when available were around £700 for a set of 4 in 19" when both axis and dare sold them. Who did you pay £2k for them?
  12. Looking good matey, I hope she's nicely full up with muck inside now to stop any future disasters!
  13. That's Jaffa's car...
  14. Congratulations to you both :)
  15. Loool, I want some of that too!
  16. This is what I did, definitely the simplest method. The only downside is that when you flash yours beams with your lights off, the hid's will flash. Personally, I always drive with my lights on, day or night so it doesn't bother me.
  17. I've sent you a text. Nevertheless, get yourself subbed ;)
  18. Welcome back dude, look forward to seeing the pics. (Bass controller ;) )
  19. Shame, I was about to offer you £6027 for it.
  20. Nice Si, liking the first pic :) As mentioned, it is vital you know the offset, width and tyre size to be able to know. If it helps, I have: Front 19x8.5 ET22 225/35-19 Rear 19x9.5 ET25 255/30-19 It's also worth mentioning that when you start getting 'close' to the arch with reference to the offset and widths, it can be a bit random. For example myself and Simon have exactly the same widths and offsets on the rear, but Simons have 285 tyres and fit in comfortably with a mild arch lip roll whereas I had to decrease mine from 265 to 255 to fit them in the arch with no contact and I have a full arch roll. I personally think its down to the vast difference in total widths of different tyre manufacturers for a given number.
  21. Z1 have started to offer a set that utilise energy suspension bushings as apposed to spherical bearings. There is a lot of demand for them and they're selling faster than they can produce them so naturally they're pricey. It's a bit of a lottery with these arms that I've seen over the years, cheap brands and top brands failing after relatively little use, some with track use and others with street use, Z1 claim to have designed the solution with their arms but its early days for feedback on them, SPL stopped producing theirs due to failures. For these reasons I have relented any front camber correction and like probably 95% of other people using or considering using them, I don't know if I even need to!
  22. Agreed, mine doesn't have cruise, doh! Working on a fix mind!
  23. That zed is still showing as insured so I guess someone is enjoying it still somewhere!
