  1. Didn't the UK supplied cars come with a toad alarm immobiliser?
  2. Good work matey, you having it painted the same colour?
  3. Haha, good sales technique!
  4. Which turbo did you replace? Apologies if this sounds like some egg sucking tuition, but just to be sure you're aware that the inlet plenum crosses over the intake so if the driver's side exhaust is smoking, it will be the passenger side turbo [potentially] at fault.
  5. Danny's wheels, a superb choice. They are a good fitment for the zed without the need for spacers, whilst also being a great quality wheel and look great. You got a real bargain on those.
  6. Capacity around 10 litres: http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/manual/manual/ma/031.gif
  7. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BZ302RW/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_pXkvvb07BP71E
  8. I've not seen those before, nice idea.
  9. Result! Look forward to the piccies :)
  10. Happy days, always nice to find a good fix like that [emoji106]?
  11. Got myself a nice quality sunshade to keep the inside cool when parked out in this lovely sunshine and replaced the battery which lasted me around 8 years. Then I went for a couple of hundred mile blat to see a friend who has just had a nutter map put on his RS6...
  12. I think the manifestos should be legal documents and binding, proposed policies may be taken a bit more seriously then?
  13. Mine are just grooved, they're DBA 4000 wiperslot discs with "kangaroo paw cooling technology"! Mine are a later revision disc, the early ones suffered from cracking due to the slot going all the way to the edge, creating a stress point. Let's not worry Simon though Andrew, we should make it home just fine [emoji6]
  14. Jaysus, Hello buddy, how the devil are ya? Fire up your work van, we need to organise another Boxhill to Brighton run!
  15. Your green zed should have green tint I think? An even rarer colour.
  16. Fag stain bronze!
  17. They won't fit UK spec cars due to the precat as described, in order to fit them to a UK car you will have to remove the precat and replace that downpipe from the turbo with a JDM one. I forget which side the precat is on, but if it's on the drivers side for example, you'll require a JDM drivers side downpipe.
  18. Loving that Brian [emoji106]
  19. Speak of the devil, this is the man you need to speak to when you're ready to go ahead with the power upgrades with regards to mapping.
  20. Welcome to the club Matt! That's a lovely example you have there and a great story to accompany it. I wouldn't bother with 555's, once the car has a clean bill of health, get yourself a manual boost controller to up the boost and get the car mapped to suit (we have a specialist trader on here who works wonders with this). This should see you with some very respectable power for relatively little investment. To make use of 555cc injectors (to a point that exceeds that of a stock injector), a few pricey supporting mods will be required. I'd recommend to see how you get on with a mild power upgrade to begin with as you might be surprised.
  21. No, the TPS issue will be separate to your soaked MAF.
  22. Andrew "enZyclopaedia" G!
  23. Cool, I used to live in Ferndown :)
