  1. Yeah I was told they're made at the same factory as Toyo's? Some very similar tread patterns too. Prefer the look of the 451's to the new 452's though.
  2. LOL ;) You've got a point  Are you going to come up to Scotland for a couple of days so I can put you in the ringo and set a new water speed record?
  3. Mine was inspired by Johnny from Grasshopper's wide arch beast years ago and I met Mac on one of their meets and copied a few ideas from his too. It's nice to know you have a bit of gay spaceship in you Paul
  4. Just tried a set and pretty impressed, especially for the price
  5. Was really hoping you'd make it on the Nurburgring trip after the fun we had on the Belgium trip the year before - top bloke :D Come back Greg! :)
  6. Cooool :) Don't know how you missed mine though when it was in the middle all weekend LOL
  7. Both :D If people want a full copy then charge a few quid to cover your costs :)
  8. It's been changed to a week at Loch Lomond if you're brave enough LOL Sat 5th August camping for a few days, maybe a week. I'll race your Z with my boat on the back and still kick it's arse! :D
  9. 3 of us in Z's (silver, white, black) saw a grey Z passing the other way on the A1 when we were heading north from JAE on Sunday.
  10. All I can say to Z32Dave is WTF? If you think we should all be sticking to the speed limit then go buy yourself a Toyota Prius and do the environment a favour  :xxx: My car is far from standard, when I was doing 120 in the 3rd lane round bends I could safely have been doing 140 without getting near the limits of my car. If there were other cars in my way or in the next lane I wouldn't have been doing those speeds. There were a few cars on the inside lane and it was only a short section to catch up with the other guys. Most of the trip home we were cruising at 60. I do keep the high speeds to the track - Nurburgring in 8.5mins and 185+ speeds on the autobahn in Germany with the other "idiots" and all those local Germans who must be stupid too ;) I've had this car 7 years and been on the forum about 5 years and as everyone on here knows, I give it some stick, but none of them have ever told me I drive too fast or in an unsafe way...
  11. If I stand like this and look at my reflection I look gorgeous!
  12. Yep! Here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=76854
  13. That'll be the heater matrix that's gone then  Dash has to come out to change it - not an easy job. I'd prepare for wet feet when it finally lets go!
  14. LOL cheeky git! It's running great since Germany, hardly ever smokes now and no oil leaks after removing that dodgy oil sandwich plate. Do you even own a Z? I've never seen it... I was thinking the police might have me on camera but they had loads of time and safe places to pull me over and I'm sure they would have. Only time will tell...
  15. I was driving back with PaulG when I had to stop for petrol. Got back on the A1 and got my foot down to catch up with him and was doing 120+ for about 3 or 4 miles on a nice smooth twisty section of road just above Ferrybridge, absolutely flying past everyone else doing 60 ish. Looked in my mirror and saw an unmarked police volvo in the distance trying to catch up with his blue lights on :( Slowed down to 55 ish and he stuck on my arse for a couple of miles and then turned off! Don't know if he just hadn't got my speed or what but he was so far back I must have gone past him miles before at some silly speed. What a result :D
  16. Some very nice bodywork there, were they all stock or modified? :p
  17. Big thanks to Chunk and Madhamster yet again for another top weekend. Good mates, good food and good beer! :p
  18. Thanks for zooming in on the rust coming through below my lights  You can't beat a wide arse - well on a Z anyway ;)
  19. Was a storm and a half thats for sure! For anyone who wasn't there it was 30 degrees + until this huge black cloud appeared and the wind got up and flattened half the tents and trade stands. Only lasted an hour ish so didn't really spoil the fun and I've never seen people run so fast across the site to fit their targas!
  20. Followed that down the A1 in convoy for a while with about 4 Sklines and a Supra. Only one quick Skyline gave me a race for a few miles and he wasn't getting past. We arrived an hour ahead of them and we must have left them about 60 miles from JAE
  21. Oh dear!
  22. LMFAO! I might have known this would get posted up! Yes I love Steve but only for his awesome Hed Kandi CD he had rocking the place on friday night until 5am
  23. BeeGee Vinz can always give a return performance if we supply the vodka  And my mate is busy playing Ministry... Well their mini bar in town anyway :D
  24. That's a bit of a bummer! I'll try a mate of mine but I think he's already busy. Do you want that tyre back that you gave me mate? I had 2 new ones put on a few days later so it's still as it was when you gave me it. Can bring it along to JAE as a ring for saving people in the MacPool
