Hi all, Can anyone tell me what model /fitting the bulbs are in our brake lights and front bumper indecators I can't remember off the top of my head? They look the same as each other fittings wise. Cheers Dan

Shame I just sold my spare manual gearbox when I moved out of the unit. I may have a few other bits still to help with the conversion

Have you seen this? £2850..popped up on facebook 300zx owners web page. Looks clean and has some nice upgrades. I'm good thanks mate it's been a while hasn't it! A lot has changed over the years for me no doubt the same for you. Im living in Stanford le hope now you're welcome to pop round any time. The Zed well that's been a 6 year unplanned project thats revolved though many specs over the years. Its an expensive learning curve owning a Zed as you already know from when you had you're gem all those years ago. The car is pretty much all back together now after I stripped the car to a bare shell 6 years ago. Ive learnt a lot over the year's of the restoration build. I wouldn't want to tally up the costs mate I just know its not cheap! Hopefully it will be all worth it soon. Ive not updated my build list in a long while but I guess that gives you an idea of what I have been up to in my spare time! Hopefully you find a nice Zed soon would be nice to see another around town :) Are you on Facebook? Ok so I've been busy since deciding to have a go myself. The way the standard indecator bulb sat on the fitting stopped me from fitting the light in the bumper as it hit my air filter after installing the z1 doolz kit. So ive relocated the hold to the other side. I will us l.e.d amber bulbs. Ive also had a quick go at tinting the lense that turned out well with some film. Results so far....

Do the u.k spec have side light and indecator holders? Then I could change the lenses to tinted versions?

I have the same front bumper as Baz has in the above pics! I used to have the Ab-flug type 4 bumper fitted that came with it's own built in lenses. Now Im using the Scarab front end I bought what I believe to be jdm lights that are used in the pre 99 spec bumpers. All clear lense with an amber lense built within the unit. The unit only has a bulb holder for the indecator bulb and not the side light. Im thinking of adding the side light in the clear blank unless anyone has a better idea.

Possibly 2 zeds in Basildon soon by the sounds of things.

Hi all, im just wondering what you guys do with the side lights when using the Jdm indecators in the front bumper? Has anyone modded them so the side light can be used in the blank? Cheers Dan
