deburring
Hi all, I need to do a little deburring inside some pipes and was wondering what you guys think the best tool is to use? There is some tight bends so I was thinking about a dremel flexi head. Is there anything else? Cheers Dan

big thanks to silverline
Big thanks to steve at silverline for his superb engineering skills! I had recently installed the AMS 2.5" intercooler pipe work and needed some custom made one off pipes to fit my Greddy FMIC to complete the system. I didnt want to buy new intercoolers that can be bought with the 2.5 AMS kit as i had already bought the FMIC way before I decided to go ahead with the AMS kit. The outlets on the FMIC where already 2.5" just 2 of the pipes had reducers on that reduced the pipe down to 2" to match the stock 2" pipe work. I contacted Steve who was more than happy to take the job on. I sent the originals as a template so it was possible to make the pipes without having the car at his work shop. I also needed the pipes to be exact replicas to still fit in the cut outs in my bumper. All I can say is the pipes are perfect every angle and turn is 100% the skill and effort involved is way beyond what I expected. Ill be hopefully fitting these during the week which will be a step closer to start up. Thanks once again steve for your great work.

what car do you most regrett selling?
My e30 325i sport spent a lot of money on it getting it how I wanted it. Esteral m3 blue alpina alloys and beige leather. Lowered with a full stainless exhaust. I sold it to my mate who begged to buy it off me for months. Took him 2 weeks to write it off on the motorway spinning it up a slip road then across a round about.

Parcel Farce' do it again!!!
Ive had so many problems with yodel and royal mail. They don't care at all. I cought the postie just opening my porch door and throwing the parcel on the floor. Luckily it wasn't a breakable item this time round but I still gave the postie a mouthful.
