  2. Thanks for the offer Darkside but in after an after market bumper. Also I will need to cut it about to get it to fit. Welcome back by the way!
  3. Hi all, In yet another dilemma....Trying to fit my Abflug bumper last night and found that the way the custom pipe work fits on the intercooler I would have to cut lots off the bumper to make it fit this is something I dont want to do. Once the car has been mapped and I know its healthy I want to have the pipes re done eventually so cutting the Abflug to fit now would destroy it. So im thinking of buying another bumper for now. This would also give me time to have some minor repairs done to the abflug. Does anyone have any urethane bumpers or pre worked fibreglass for sale? Ideally urethane as I dont want to mess around with fibreglass trying to get a decent fit. Thanks Dan

  13. Hi all im in need of some help to determine what is causing this sound from the front of the engine. It can hardley be heard at idle its just when the car is revved at higher RPM it squeals. The engine had a full 120k service 4years ago including oil pump, water pump, belts, idlers, tensioner and rebuilt alternator. The engine had then not been used so all the parts are still brand new. We started the car recently and we got this squeal from the front of the engine that was diagnosed as the cambelt being to tight or the tensioner being faulty or seized causing the belt to be tight. So a new cam belt and tensioner was fitted all genuine Nissan again. As soon as the engine was started the noise was still present. We have since replaced the cam pulleys to uprated BDE pulleys and changed the CAS unit as the one on the engine had shaft play and a noisey bearings. Still no joy! Last night we removed the auxiliary belts to elimate the bearings in the water pump, power steering, air con and alternator and it's still present! The sound seems to be coming from around the CAS unit area but doesn't seem to be internal of the engine. The only parts that haven't been changed again are the idlers below the CAS and between the cam gears. Has anyone else experienced this before? Here is a clip of the noise.... Thanks Dan
  14. The bumper or the car? I may possibly change my ab flug side skirts to. Another ultra rare piece of kit.
  15. Hi all, Im debating about what to do with my bumper. Do I keep the Abflug type 4R and have it repaired or go for a different style like the wings west bumper or terminator. Has anyone got any pics of the wings west or terminator fitted with a FMIC? Cheers Dan

  23. Hi hoping someone can help me here.... Just changing the cambelt on the car as the original new but old one fitted was on the engine for 4yrs with 0 milage. Anyway I was just fitting the spacer plate between the cambelt sprocket and under drive pulley and noticed that the spacer can freely spin. Should there be a key way to hold it in position? As there seems to be a groove in the crank to place one.. The only one I have is for the under drive pulley. Im guessing its job is to stop the belt from running off the sprocket? Can I do without it? Thanks Dan This is the plate in question
  24. Thanks for your help luckily I bought a 27mm earlier.
