Hi nick, how's things? It was dumb I know, but I partitioned my drive using partition magic. It went tits up & I ended up with an empty drive! I formatted & re-installed windows it was ages ago, now using it in a USB enclosure as a backup drive for my new iMac! At least I learned a lesson!!

Very nice seats! Are they leather & suede? How much were they? Was considering getting mine re-trimmed with a set of katskinz but they do look nice!! :yes:

Good luck with it dave - I have been toying with the idea of selling as is or breaking it & everyone at work where it has been parked keeps asking what I was gonna do with it!! I guess I knew I really didnt want to part with my zed! So hopefully with the help of my mate from a bodyshop it will be better than ever! I spent around £15k when I was using it so whats another few £££ now?! :thumbup: TBH I really dont know what I would get to replace it without spending a fortune!!

Hi Stu, Will take some pics & post up - the repair panel finishes just above the swage line & joins where the sill panel is welded to the rear 1/4 panel. Cant find a link at the moment - I bought 1 side a year ago & contacted the seller who makes them directly this time. The arch edge is a seperate part. He charges £45 per panel. Not bad as the outer sill was about £168+vat from nissan!! :bored:

Or injector connectors - they turn green with corrosion! Check all coil pack & injector connectors!

Well after 14 months of being sorn'd & finally getting mt a$$ in gear my panels have turned up. 2 new outer sill panels from Nissan (said a couple of weeks to turn up - was here in a few days! LOL!) 2 new rear sill repair panels & a new wheel arch repair panel from ebay. Just need to get cutting & stripping now!! :thumbup1:

I can see what your getting at but as you are aware a VG30DETT engine is still a VG30DETT with or without tubs attached. BTW, there are guys that have converted a VG30DE lump to run twin tubs without changing internals & just running them at 7psi boost! Z1 used to have a good write up on this! Paul

LOL! its great - you stick the vehicle weight in & the efficencies come out! Job done. They are a pain in the wet - the car just skids over the plates! Doh!

Agreed - my ramp is quite steep & my car has been lowered (only with eibachs so not super low!) but still gets up with only a little scrape! :oops:

Iv got one of those!! :D If you cant get the car on the ramp, or get the jack under the vehicle when it is on the ramp then you cannot inspect properly! It may sound harsh but that is the reality! If cars are *extremely* low then these issues may arise - I guess a by-product of modding!

Hi Richard, Sure do! The car has been sat outside the workshop & hasnt moved in over a year LOL! I think everyone was shocked when I fired her up the other day & there was another free parking bay!!! :D

one of my arches has gone too - will be getting a repair panel to sort that too! Depending on costs I may have a complete respray! :x: Looking forward to getting her back on the road! May treat it to a new set of leather seat covers to get the inside pretty too!!
