ok, been in touch with VOSA. although they have sent out the latest info to the test centres, its not yet enforcible for the MOT until they release the next special notice. looks like they have jumped the gun a bit!! LOL!

no, these came a couple of weeks ago - i know we had a SN back in nov saying to disregard the plate changes for the time being but this update is a recent one?? or is it a VOSA cock up & iv had the pages when i shouldnt have?!? :rolleyes: got a mate at VOSA, will ring & check

MOT regs have just changed & incorrect font size & style is now a reason for rejection along with other checks. is now more in line with legal requirements. Just put the new pages in our MOT inspection manual ;)

you can try my mates company Broadsure - 01843 594477, ask for martin (theres 2! either one!) say paul crew reffered you. can insure on a normal (not classic) policy with mods. he will always try to help or tell you straight if he cant :)

without the boost solenoids, minimum boost is regulated by the wastegates.

that would give you lower boost pressure!

stock tubs are set to 9.5psi IIRC. the solenoid valves to the wastegate are what limits it to safety boost.

I really like it too :) picked it up for £20 in what was Virgin Megastores. the controls for movement & fighting are excellent & looks fantastic running around rooftops & jumping up buildings! I agree a lot of it is repetitive however, but fun IMO anyway! :D

have always been with Pipex & they used to be one of the best, they have now merged/been bought by Tiscali & are fooking terrible!!! :mac1: have had constant problems every month & am trying to get out of my new contract with them :rant: no help as to whos good i know but avoid either of those 2 LOL!
