yeah cool came up to you guys about 3 weeks ago for cambelt and shocks ill give ryan a call tommorow how much are they pal ??

where can i get a series 2 ptu guys mine does the same sort of thing it idles eratically when warm betwwem 600-750rpm then goes up to 900 and so on it is also lumpy on tickover i reckon what you guys suggested is the probable fault ? oh how much are they ? jim

dont know i hope so if not ill have to settle for 255 anythings better that what i got on there now i cant believe that nissan would put 225 tyres on the rear of a 300bhp car its ridiculus !! my mate has got a bmw 525i and it has 225 on it standard but its only 180bhp perfect for him 225 on these cars is asking for trouble .

people the law in this country protects no one! Fair play to the bloke that done this. What would the old bill have done ??? same here but only when im coming to a halt when braking at speed say from 80-50mph i dont hear it only when im completely stopping the car

bigger than 14psi is capable providing you get better injectors intercooler and larger turbos then you might be able to run bigger boost providing the engine 100%

mate i think its something more sinister i aint no expert maybe im just being paranoid, but this smoke stunk it smelt off -key it might have been grey and i would have thought if it was condensation it would be coming from both exhausts one of the exhausts was popping at bit of steam the other exhaust had 100 times more smoke coming out of it do you think it could possibly be fueling wrong ???

hi can someone help me with this problem, went and started my car this morning and was sitting in it because i always wait for it to warm up before i drive off .When i looked out the passenger side window there was white smoke going past with the wind , i got out of my car and looked at the exhausts and there was white smoke coming out of the left hand side exhaust alwell as a bit of steam and the smoke smelt funny the smoke was not blue so much and didnt really smell like burning oil. As i reved it a bit it blew the smoke a bit thicker. But the amount of smoke was decreasing as the car was warming up, so i took the car out for a spin to observe if the car smoked more under load but it didnt not even when i booted it i went about 5 miles(hard driving) and returned home i let the car idle for about 5 min and there was no smoke and then began to rev it nothing then right up to the red line and nothing then let it idle for another 5 min and nothing at first i thought it could be a turbo but i thought if it was it would smoke all the time and would be more blue in colour and have a distinctive smell of burning oil . does anyone have any ideas on this dilema im flumuxed im new to this car and have not had much experience dealing with problems any ides would be much appreciated jim zx

well i wont get a chance before tuesday when i go to z-tech so ill just get them to do it but the car needs a bit of work done on it clucth and other bits so ill probably see you in the near future cheers pal

well im taking it to z-tech on tuesday im already gonna be spending about 700 quid if its what u think it is how much do you think it will cost to get sorted ??

what can cause an eratic idle guys my car idles eraticaly all the time when warm, sometimes it idles normally bout 900 rpm then other times it can go up to 1500rpm and other times as low as 600rpm which makes the car shudder due to the engine barely running it goes up and down like a yo-yo when im in a traffic jam i will have stopped the car idles at 1200rpm move 1 car space take it out of gear and down to 600rpm its really doing my head in can someone help ??????? jim zx

well i bought it about a month ago when i got it i checked oil ect and it was nice and brown and had plenty in i check it regulaly and the level hasnt dropped i think it must have benn serviced as i can see the belts at the front of the engine have been changed very recently whats the best oil to use ??? maybe someone has put the wrong oil in ????
